Was recommended John by a friend to fix a leak in my bathroom. Excellent service from start to finish. Really easy to deal with, efficient, thorough and friendly. John talked me through the issue and the problem was sorted quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely use the services again.

John and Neil installed a complete gas central heating system for me in just three days. I was really impressed with their work and thankful that they were able to fit the installation in so quickly before Christmas. John was friendly and easy to contact throughout and his price was very competitive. I will definitely be using Citywide Gas Services again.

I called city wide gas services due to me having a leak under my bath, John was very helpful over the phone and came out the same day. John found and isolated the leak very quickly and had a part in his van to fix the issue. John was very friendly and well presented and knew exactly what he was doing, he worked very quickly and efficiently. City wide gas services are very reasonably priced to what I've been charged before,they where able to come out to the job the quickest. I would highly recommend city wide gas services!

We had John at citywide gas services carry out a number of jobs for us, he disconnected an industrial heating system in our stores and he did not effect the day to day running of our business, he also fitted a new boiler in our staff area and again there was no issue and everything is working perfect. He was on time he was presentabl, spoke to us in a very professional manner and described what needed done so even we could understand. All in all very happy with the work and would 100% recommend citywide to anyone.

We had an engineer attend for my parents boiler. They said John attended who was attentive, quick and walked them through fixing the problem.
The services were good value for money and the wait time was minimal. While I hope we don’t need them for a while again I know I can call this company.

I got a new boiler fitted. I had spent some time reviewing different makes and types. John was quick to come round and gave me good feedback on the types I was looking at. The work was completed quickly and professionally.

Boiler broke down during really cold spell and citywide repaired boiler and made sure my heating system was working properly on the same day I phoned to book a repair!! Engineer was helpful and very knowledgable!! Would recommend citywide gas services very highly

Just got myself a new plumber/heating engineer!

I called John at early o'clock and, after ensuring a job with another of his clients was under control, he showed up within an hour to sort out a burst pipe for me. John had no problem climbing onto my roof and then around my roof space to sort the issue which he did very quickly. He also stuck around to sort a few other issues I had. All works were resolved and were performed efficiently and effectively.

John is a real professional, very friendly and clearly knows what he's doing. I was quite worried about getting this sorted initially but John put me at ease immediately.

Honestly, if you need a plumber/heating engineer give Citywide Gas a call - you won't regret it! Great service, great guy!

Now I know why as he is very reasonable, on time and continues to keep you in the loop with what’s going on. He replaced my old boiler to a new one and the heating in my house is the best it’s been.
