John was recommended to me after my poor longstanding 26 year old boiler was going to cost more to fix than replace! From beginning to end John was superb. Professional, reliable ,tidy and did what he said he would do and when he would do it, which is rare these days . Can’t thank him enough.

Fantastic experience dealing with John and his team. Had a full replacement of my central heating system, gas piping, kitchen and bathroom plumbing. Our combi boiler was losing pressure, another company recommended replacement of parts at a cost of over £500, which I was dubious of.

John at Citywide Gas Services took the time to properly assess the issue and identified a small problem with one tiny part needing replaced. Whilst looking at the boiler issue, I enquired about a replacement shower and Hive Heating system, which John fitted on a return visit.

John left all areas worked in clean and tidy, and tested everything thoroughly before leaving.

Very happy with the work John did for us and will certainly use Citywide Gas Services for any future work we need.

John replaced a very old boiler and so far the boiler which we have now had for over two years has been problem free. They installed it expertly and answered all my questions happily explaining how the boiler works. Left the room very tidy when finished and took away all the old boiler too. Always hot water and heating. Citywide Gas Services is a very professional and friendly company which I would positively recommend 100%.

Fantastic company. I had a plumbing emergency where I had a leak coming from the attic they where able to help over the phone and then went out of their way to fix the problem quickly. They even spotted another problem and fixed that without any extra charge. Highly recommend we will be using them again in the future. Thanks again!
