Amazing service, quick and friendly!!

I have now used Citywide Gas Services various times and I have found them very easy to communicate with, the engineer has always turned up at agreed time and always looks very professional. The finished work is always a high standard and any mess is always cleaned up without asking. I have now recommended Citywide to various friends and family who are all more than happy with the service.

Replacement of old Back Boiler with a new Combi Boiler, replacement of a radiator ,installation of 2 new radiators and replacement of coals on gas fire.
Citywide Gas Services work was excellent, it involved fitting the new boiler in a totally different location and installation of 2 radiators in our conservatory which was not a straightforward job due to the pipework involved. John and his workmate Neil were always on time, the work was done to a very high standard and to the estimated timescales. They covered all our carpets and cleaned up fully after completion of the work . I could not fault this company and would have no hesitation in using them again for any future work.

My husband punctured a centre heating pipe while fixing squeaky floorboards and causing a leak... this was the September weekend Saturday morning. After trying numerous plumbers and leaving messages and getting nowhere we thankfully found Citywide Gas Sevices. John was great and arrived earlier than he said, he drained the central heating system, got the leak sorted and replaced the punctured pipes. An excellent job at a very reasonable cost.
I would certainly use John again and recommend his 5 star service.

Can't fault John and his work. He provided with a quote, showed up on time, was respectful towards the property plus had some good banter.
He managed to find a solution to fix our ancient plumbing.

John had been very efficient at answering my enquiry, provided a very fair quote and carried out the work quickly and flawlessly. John and his colleague arrived at the site on-time, cleaned up after the jobs. Overall a job well done! I will highly recommend and will use them again.

bolier broke down on Saturday. John came out right away to have a look at it and let me know that the boiler needed a part that he would get for Monday and come back and repair it. Very impressed fast efficient service left a got d clean job. I would use again.

John arrived on time and got straight down to finding out the problem. Checked the boiler over and talked me through the readings and honestly recommended that it didnt need any service. Refreshingly honest. Fault was in the timer so John went straight away and picked up replacement part and fitted it within 45 mins from start to finish. The worry with some tradesmen is the messing about and charging work that isnt necessary. John from Citywide is the exact opposite and I would highly recommend him for anything you need done.

My boiler had stopped working, I had no heating and no hot water.
John responded absolutely Immediately, helpful over the telephone and very professional.
Arrived within 30mins, fixed the issue within 10mins and then messaged to check all okay after he left. Absolutely fantastic service. Cannot recommend highly enough.
