This is definitely a company you can trust. We are a very busy salon in the heart of Edinburgh so we really need accurate, honest & punctual traders.
We recently had a very bad leak which was spotted right away and turned out we needed a new water tank.
I was very impressed by the punctuality of John and what an amazing job was done!
He had the salon back up and running within a day. We were so pleased with the service that we booked him again to renew the boiler afterwards and he did not disappoint! Once again on time, and an amazing job done with no disruption to the salon.

John was an excellent tradesman. This job was for our Scout Hall, he was happy to discuss all of our requirements. He was very flexible and worked with us to ensure that we could still use the hall as usual, therefore coming at a time which would not have ordinarily been during the working week. We have used him before and found him very fair, easy to talk to and most importantly does the job well. and at a very fair price. He phoned me a couple of days later to make sure everything was working as it should.
John serviced my boiler at home last year and I intend to get him back to do the same this year.

Used Citywide gas to replace or Central Heating system and relocate our boiler into the loft. John was brilliant. Very reliable and courteous from quoting through to completion. Arrived when he said he would and completed the work quickly. Very knowledgeable and thinks " out of the box". Provided a bespoke solution to our shower replacement which had to be done when we replaced our backboiler with a combi. Would not hesitate to use again.

John helped us with our kitchen refurbishment, including not only disconnecting the old kitchen but helping to demolish it too. He also fitted a new boiler as well as the new appliances.

Consistently went above and beyond what we expected and worked tirelessly to get the jobs done. We have recommended him to many friends and would definitely not think twice about using his skills again.

Combi boiler installation and upgrade of several radiators, excellent and professional service all throughout the job, including my first service free.

John from City Wide Gas did a great job of our boiler service and advised us on a new towel rail for the bathroom. His communication prior to the appointment was excellent and her turned up on time. Very polite and friendly and I have already recommended him to a neighbour for a similar project.

He turns up on time, obviously knows his stuff, & has offered fair value for money so far.
He also offers 24/7 cover for both gas & water plumbing issues, which is a major tick in the box for myself, as well as being able to fix gas appliances & provide PAT Testing..
All in all, a decent, down to earth bloke & I intend to continue to make use of his services moving forward.

I got a boiler fitted in an awkward cupboard and they fitted the best boiler for the property with minimal disruption. All done and dusted in 2 days. John and the team were really polite, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend and will use again if I ever need anything done.
