Boiler replacement:- Right from initial call to arrange quote through to install and after sales contact, all highly recommended for professionalism, customer service and value for money.

Did not go with the cheapest quote as Steven from WLYB provided the best all round quote, which gave an itemised and detailed schedule of works at a price that was comparable to other quotes received that did not give as much information. No pressure and a very prompt service. Will hopefully not need to use the boiler side of the company, other than for servicing, for many years to come, but would definitely use them again if I needed any other work done.

Very quick to respond to initial and subsequent enquiries. Friendly and helpful. Took time to answer all my questions and were not patronising ( have had that experience elsewhere). On arranged day, Contacted me when running a bit late. Left work area clean and tidy. I had a concern, this was listened too and dealt with quickly. We have used this company for a number of jobs in the past and at all times have found them to be professional, courteous and extremely efficient. The most recent was when our boiler stopped working. After a phone call the engineer arrived within an hour and the boiler was sorted within 20 minutes.
