I recently had a leak in my boiler and called that morning and someone showed up to look at the issue within 2 hours. Part was ordered and quickly installed - no issues.

Servicing the boiler. Booked to suit me. On the day of the appointment, the engineer phoned to let me know he was on way and arrived at the correct time. Pleasant and very efficient, he was also very helpful and fully answered any queries I had. Recommended.

Leaking boiler on a Friday: Engineer out later the same day. Went to great lengths to try to sort that afternoon and stayed after 5pm but needed to return on the Monday to ensure issue sorted safely.

Brilliant company. Always answer the phone, arrive when they say they will, pleasant & tidy workers. Trust them completely.

Recommended by a family member for initially a boiler service then went with them to get a new boiler-thrilled with the results. Arranging the installation was easy and the time frame was quick. We had problems with our boiler. Having contacted WLYP, we’re told engineer would call us. Within 15minutes we had spoken with the engineer and an appointment made for someone to visit us.
The engineer who visited us was friendly and pleasant in manner and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem very quickly. No fuss no mess.

I first got in contact with We Love Your Boiler Ltd , via Trusted Trader. They are a company that believes in customer service excellence. Everyone you speak to in the business is both knowledgeable and personable. It is boiler services that I have had done , so far.

Central heating boiler service. The gas engineer arrived promptly, did a clean and efficient job, and answered my questions. He diagnosed the unreliable thermostat as one of a faulty batch, took it away and replaced it with a new one, which he then set to my specifications. A good job well done.

New Worcester Bosch boiler was installed by Chris & team.
Excellent workers. No problems. In & out of the house, left it spotless. Administration team at the office were great, kept me fully informed. Looking forward to a warmer house & perhaps lower bills.

Excellent work. Diligent, they kept us appraised of all the steps they were undertaking. They were also very polite and professional in answering queries from the neighbours. Worked from 8 am to 7.45 pm to ensure job was completed.
Having finished the job they took us through operation of boiler, and also did a comprehensive clean up of all their work areas.

That time came for our 20 something year old boiler to go to the big scrap heap in the sky. We were doing the rounds and looking for a reasonable price/quality balance and we decided to go with these folks. Turns out it was a good bet, the lovely folks on the phones and emails were so patient with all my questions and didn't rush me or try pressure me in any way to buy with them which in my book is a huge plus.

Pros - Good People, No pressure, Great work, Reasonable Prices and Finance Options.

Dust sheets used to keep area clean, hoovering up afterwards.
Fire was fully taken out , checked and cleaned, withe the coals and back box sprayed to refresh them.
All done and dusted in an hour.

We have had We Love Your boiler cover for our gas central heating for a number of years. It is very good value and includes a thorough annual service, as well as emergency breakdown repair. Replacement of our boiler which broke down 2 weeks before Christmas.
Scottish Gas, who had fitted and serviced the boiler for the past 12 years, were unable to arrange to fit a new boiler until well after Christmas.

Got our gas fire serviced. Don't normally like to get this done unless i receive a personal recommendation but had to gamble on finding WLYB on social media. Had nothing to worry about. Had I known it was going to be as expensive I would have considered buying a new gas fire for not much more than the cost of the repair.

I had a problem with my gas fire in that the pilot light would come on but there was no flame before it went out again. Your engineer recognised the fault very quickly as a faulty control box but here we hit the only snag as the office didn’t have my email address correct and a week was wasted getting my permission for the work to proceed. Thereafter , however, things proceeded at pace and the fire was fixed without further ado.
The people with whom I was in touch in this company were invariably friendly and courteous and I would recommend the firm without hesitation.

I had a relacement boiler and Hive system installed. It was done efficiently and on-going support is very good.

We love your boiler fitted a new boiler for me. The office replied to my enquiry very quickly and I received the quotation at that afternoon. They provided two options for me. They also sent an engineer immediately to check whether they can make the old boiler work before the new one was installed.

Phoned ahead saying arrive in 10 mins. Wore shoe covers in house ,used dust cover. Dismantled fire cleaned part and hoovered fire and reassembled unit and tested —all working.
Carried out several tests and gave offer to spray coals at no extra cost giving clear advice if coals sprayed must be left unlit for several hours.

I recently had a new control panel fitted to my gas fire. Despite being told by other companies it was either impossible or would incur huge upheaval and cost, we Love Your Boiler Ltd assessed the work required, and arranged for two of their fantastic team to carry out the upgrade and repair. The job was completed with care and attention, the lounge was left clean and tidy and a full demo on how to use the new controls was given before the team left. I cannot thank We Love Your Boiler ltd enough.Instead of a bill of over £5000, as had been suggested as my only option, I now have a fully operational fire repaired and upgraded for a fifth of the cost of replacement.

Servicing and replacement parts of a remote controlled gas fire which was not lighting. I telephoned the company on the Friday and they arranged to come first thing on Monday morning, sending email confirmation. The guys telephoned to say they were on the way and arrived promptly. They put down sheets to protect the carpet and serviced the fire and replaced the faulty parts then tested the fire and chimney to ensure all was working ok.
Very efficient, friendly team - delighted the fire is working again and all for a reasonable price.

Annual Boiler Service , have used this company for several years

Had a new boiler installed. From start to finish the service was superior to any other service. Had a faulty boiler and contacted We Love Your Boiler Ltd, for a service. I was informed that the boiler was only working at 21%.
Have had many a con in my life and felt this was another con so I was skeptical but was put at ease with the knowledge and support by the engineer who explained everything in laymen terms for me.
I knew I needed a new boiler.
I contacted the company and informed them of my previous experience with another boiler companies . Extensive pictures of the boiler was taken and explained to me that the service’s I had been paying over the years was a total con as there were ways around passing a faulty boiler whereby a secondary test which is mandatory picked up the fault. My decision was made to go ahead with a new boiler. Yesterday the engineers attended at 8:30 am and spent the whole day removing the old boiler and installing a new boiler. Again I cannot fault the workers the kept me updated throughout the day and cleared up everything after them.
From first contact with company to new boiler installed was a total of 6 days. I felt any of the employees I spoke with were kind and courteous and willing to help over and above.
I would highly recommend family and friends to use I Love My Boiler Ltd for work.

Installation of new boiler done earlier. New kitchen with supply and installation of all equipment carried out - kitchen cabinets, worktop, cooker, sink, flooring and electric work done. Doorway gap between kitchen and dinning room was widened and plastered with a new wall heater installed.
There was issue with the new flooring ( not sitting down properly) and this was brought to the attention of the company owner. A new flooring was replaced soon afterwards without any further issue. Office staff was approachable and polite. Friendly approach by the workmen.

The Boiler was scheduled to receive its annual service review. The company contacted me via email/message reminding me the service was due asking me to contact it to arrange a date and time for the service engineer to visit. A date and time was agreed and at this time and date the service engineer arrived promptly and completed the service. The engineer confirmed the boiler was in a good working condition and that no work nor parts were required to complete the service. A service certificate was received from the company confirming the completion of the service and satisfied the requirements of the manufacturers warranty
