Faulty pilot light assembly on Gazco gas fire diagnosed on first visit. Necessary parts ordered and then on second visit a week later; entire fire assembly removed, new parts fitted, everything thoroughly cleaned, reassembled and tested. All along I was kept informed about the progress of ordered parts and arrangement of second visit. Between telephone calls and engineer visits, I dealt with very friendly, courteous and professional staff members. No complaints at all.

We asked WLYB to service our boiler and fire to allow us to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate. The work was carried out very efficiently and the engineer was polite and very helpful and made sure there was no mess left after the work was done. I would highly recommend using this company for similar work

We had our first year boiler service due and were contacted by the office who were able to offer a specific date and time slot which was great. Engineer was prompt, polite and extremely courteous and carried out the service diligently and offered advice on the new smart meters available. Prompt & excellent service received for a leaking radiator. Appointment was given over the telephone with ease & Graham called to advise he was on his way. Graham was professional & efficient carrying out the work after explaining what was required whilst following all COVID guidelines. I had 2 leaking radiators. I did not have to wait long for the work to start. The engineer arrived on time and did the job very well. There was no mess and they worked very safely.

I had a boiler serviced and a few parts needed to keep the boiler running properly also electrician's renewed wiring in the kitchen then a plasterer to fill in the walls.
Overall my experience with this company is very good, they work professionally and efficiently and are are very helpful when talking to them on the phone or face to face.
I would recommend them and use them again.

The owner called to install a magnetic filter after flushing out radiators. I expected to replace my boiler which the same company installed over 7 years ago and who had serviced it from installation.

Several people were involved in these works. They all came when they said they would and fixed everything - no mess, no fuss.

We had both our boiler and gas fire serviced. The engineer was very pleasant, friendly and courteous. He called beforehand with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was wearing a face mask and kept to safety measures at all times.

The work was carried out competently and we were involved in any decisions made. The engineer was very tidy in the carrying out of the service, cleaning up as he went along.
