Had safety check done on gas boiler in a flat we had recently bought. Excellent, efficient service from knowledgeable company. They respond to emails very quickly and arrived on time. Really happy with everything and will definitely be using them again.

I have a bronze plus contract for my boiler cover. My annual service is free and if I have a call out I only pay £60. I think this is excellent value. The engineers who come to do the service do an excellent job. They turn up when they are meant to come, they are efficient and provide a great service. They are friendly and I am happy to have them in my home. If I need to phone the company about anything I actually get to speak to someone instead of an automated service. Happy to recommend this company.

I had a new boiler put in to replace my baxi boiler. Despite the fact that I knew I needed the work done and that it would entail some upheaval to my usual routine, I found the process easier than expected. Mr Gillies took his time to explain the different types of boilers available and listened to my concerns and, although he would give me his opinion, he never put any pressure on me to come to a decision. On leaving, he said he would send me an email explaining all the work he had discussed so that I could take time to make the right choice for me. Ultimately I decided to go with Mr Gillies and I am very pleased that I did so. I also could not fault the workmen who carried out the work to a high standard and were respectful to me and my home.
