Paisley Property Maintenance Limited were the 4th plumber I contacted in respect of this job. The 1st failed to attend, the 2nd never responded and whilst the 3rd did eventually reply, the job had since been completed. Paisley Property Maintenance Limited provided a prompt response to my enquiry with a competitive price. The job was attended to within a few days. The tap appears to be fitted nice and securely to the sink. A tidy job; there was next to no clean-up required. A sales invoice was provided giving a feeling of security. However, as can be expected with any work, issues may arise. In his instance, the piping connection leaked. The plumber did come straight back with view to remedy. Unfortunately, the return visit was unfruitful. Although another visit was scheduled without any hassle from the company, I decided to obtain further assistance from another party. Communications were good throughout. Had the connection been secured upon the 2nd visit I would have given top ratings throughout. But (and I acknowledge that I may have acted hastily) I have scored downwards due to the physicality of workmanship alone. Also worthy of remembering that there are still worse companies out there.

Contacted PPM when we started to have some water leak. Neil and Joesy came, had a look and attempted a patch repair to the problem area. Unfortunately, due to the original work done when the house was constructed, the patch failed. Arranged a site visit to replace the affected pipework. Work done within 30 minutes and has been good with no further signs of leaks. Happy with these guys, would use again.

Did a good job installing shower unit and base. Fitted LED light and cupboard and vinyl in bathroom. Good communication, kept tidy and addressed any problems.

Lifted paving stones, levelled ground, laid paving stones, reinforced fencing, installed retaining beams.
Very pleased with the outcome. Work complete in less than a week from first contact. Turned up exactly when they said, every time. Cleaned the site. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.
