Had garage roof refelted. Dean and Steve did a good job through heavy showers. Old felting and debris all removed. Prompt service, only a few days from enquiry to job completion. Would certainly use Neil and his team again.

Living room remodelled. Wall stripped,walls ,ceiling,doors painted with new handles and hinges.New laminate and skirting boards put on,New double sockets with TV wall mounted and wired to mains with own supply.HDMI cable attached. New smaller radiator fitted and curtain pole put up.Neils team punctual,courteous and tidy with hoover and brush to clean up.All rubbish taken away. When I seen the unfinished room I panicked slightly but unnecessarily as job was incomplete and all tweets done and room looks great and very pleases.Also said if wall dries and looks as needs another coat to contact though presently looks fine.Easy to contact Neil,job finished on time,unless needs another coat,and costs as stated.Well recommended after I realised finished job was excellent,and will definitely use again.

This review is to correct the one that I submitted on 21 December. I've obviously hit the wrong button when rating the company's value for money and now wish to put that right. I have no hesitation in giving the company 5 stars for this. I would reiterate what others have said here. Paisley Property Maintenance provided me with a top class service when they replaced my mixer shower. Both Neil and his plumber were courteous and friendly and, most importantly, competent. I will be using them again.

The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Tradesmen arrived exactly at the time promised. The quality of work is to a high standard. The men were courteous and helpful and cleaned all areas thoroughly afterwards. I have already requested an estimate for further work.

I had a broken concealed cistern/toilet with family due visit and stay the following day. Contacted Neil, who despite his own busy work schedule arranged a visit for later the same day. A replacement cistern was required and this was supplied and fitted the following morning prior to my family arriving. A first class service was provided overall, with thanks to Joe who undertook the replacement. Will certainly use this company for any future work.

I have used this company before in another house, the standard of work was very good. This is why I used them again. Another beautiful job, painting and decorating. Reliable, professional, no hidden costs or service disruption.

Arrived when they said they would, wore PPE, communicated clearly to my elderly Dad and had a pleasant manner. When the job was completed he tested the new electrics in front of me. Dad said he is "Highly impressed".

Needed a light switch replaced and Neil was out the following day to do the job.
I also asked some advice about security lighting.
Advice was given and they returned later the same day to install my new light.

I have used Neil and his team before and find them excellent. They have fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for me before so I had no hesitation in using them again. I got them to renew 2 living room doors today and they are lovely. All work was done efficiently and they tidied up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again.
