We had a problem with our shower, after contacting Paisley Property Maintenance on Monday 18th November I am delighted to say that we have just had a replacement shower fitted. No fuss, no mess. Excellent service and excellent work carried out by a really nice young man!

Fences painted and Washing Line Ground Poles put into ground plus slabs put into position. My experience was positive and the work was done to a good standard and within the time stated.

Neil was very approachable and easy to deal with. I had some work done in my kitchen and bathroom and I am very happy with the results. The work was carried out on time and the guys always left my house clean and tidy at the end of each day.

Faulty outside security light, chap from Paisley property maintenance came and checked it out and replacement supplied and fitted at a fair price same day. Have used them before and highly recommend.

Everything we asked for was completed to a good standard (external decorating). Extra tasks (fitting window handles etc) were undertaken. Really friendly staff and owner of the business. I would definitely use this company again for maintenance and repairs.

Contacted the trader this morning as I had a leak coming from the shower. Neil introduced himself and said he would try to come today. Neil and his colleague arrived this afternoon and the leak was fixed. Although they had to remove part of wall and ceiling they left the job with minimal damage.

Installation of kitchen tap,and more importantly removal of waste disposal unit and connection of new pipework to outlet pipe.Clean and efficient work by" The Dream Team" who were cheery and kept us advised throughout the work.Two other plumbing firms had let us down previously so will use Paisley Property Maintenance in future.

Paisley Property Maintenance have carried out a number of jobs for me over a period of several years. I have always been very happy with the work and find them most reliable and ready to accommodate suitable timings or respond to urgent situations, I wish more traders operated to this high standard.

Helped us out when we had been badly let down by previous plumber to replace a toilet and sink, replied quickly to my call, came out to check what was required, gave me a time that they stuck to,did the job quickly with no mess even went further than I asked by tidying tile work and replacing flooring. Neil arranged for 2 new radiators to be fitted in the living room and kitchen also to wall mount our television and fit a new ceiling light. Dean and Joe arrived when expected and carried out the work cleanly and efficiently and are lovely guys. Had a really good natter with them. Will certainly have them back when we do our next project.
