This is the first time I have used this Trader. His application to the job was very good and completed my repair and installation in a very professional way. Neat and tidy and appreciated by a satisfied customer.

I phoned, explained situation with new fire regulations, was provided with detailed advice as to what products I would need and was given a choice. Also asked for additional work. Date for attendance given, phoned to advise that were on way. Work done, very efficient and helpful. No mess and good value for money. Have recommended firm to relatives.

I needed a small job done on my front door, and contacted Paisley Property Maintenance on Wednesday. Although busy, they told me they could come and look at the work on Friday. They arrived when they said they would and gave me a quick and fair assessment of what was needed - including one way to do it myself, without using them, which I hadn't thought of. When I said I still wanted their help, they came back a few hours later with the new parts needed and finished the work that afternoon.

I found them to be reliable, friendly and efficient. Will certainly use them again.

Fences painted and Washing Line Ground Poles put into ground plus slabs put into position. My experience was positive and the work was done to a good standard and within the time stated.

Faulty outside security light, chap from Paisley property maintenance came and checked it out and replacement supplied and fitted at a fair price same day. Have used them before and highly recommend.

Everything we asked for was completed to a good standard (external decorating). Extra tasks (fitting window handles etc) were undertaken. Really friendly staff and owner of the business. I would definitely use this company again for maintenance and repairs.

Contacted the trader this morning as I had a leak coming from the shower. Neil introduced himself and said he would try to come today. Neil and his colleague arrived this afternoon and the leak was fixed. Although they had to remove part of wall and ceiling they left the job with minimal damage.
