Very speedy response to my inquiry and all the work was carried out very
efficiently by Neil and his team. The water leakage from upstairs bathroom
to kitchen below was very quickly diagnosed and new toilet and cistern installed.

We had a replacement shower fitted and also a control fitted to another.

This review is to correct the one that I submitted on 21 December. I've obviously hit the wrong button when rating the company's value for money and now wish to put that right. Paisley Property Maintenance provided me with a top class service when they replaced my mixer shower. Both Neil and his plumber were courteous and friendly and, most importantly, competent. Lifting old bathroom tile floor, WC and relaying plywood base and LVT flooring. Prompt and excellent work carried out by Neil and his team. They even replaced my recessed LED bulbs that were on the way out.

I had a broken concealed cistern/toilet with family due visit and stay the following day. Contacted Neil, who despite his own busy work schedule arranged a visit for later the same day. A replacement cistern was required and this was supplied and fitted the following morning prior to my family arriving. Fences painted and Washing Line Ground Poles put into ground plus slabs put into position. My experience was positive and the work was done to a good standard and within the time stated.

Very quick response to do some work on lights which I needed as I have a sight impairment. Paisley Property Maintenance were polite and friendly. Arrived on time and rooms were left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed a washing machine reinstalled. They were able to deal with it on the same day that I contacted them, and made very quick work of it. They took particular care not to damage the flooring when moving the machine. We really appreciated that they could deal with our issue so quickly and efficiently.

Reinstatement of bedroom stud partition wall. The job was carried out with speed, proficiency, and courtesy. Neil popped in to supervise the job and ensure I was happy. Would not hesitate in recommending Neil and his team.

At last I have found a plumber and electrician that I can rely on ! Turned up in response to an emergency; arrived when they said they would to make the electrics safe after a flooded bathroom and kitchen; located and dealt with the leak quickly and efficiently. We asked Neil to fix all the blinds and curtain rails for our new build home along with fixing big mirrors. He did a spotless job along with his son. Started right on time and finished the job on time. Definitely recommended.

I needed a small job done on my front door, and contacted Paisley Property Maintenance on Wednesday. Although busy, they told me they could come and look at the work on Friday. They arrived when they said they would and gave me a quick and fair assessment of what was needed - including one way to do it myself, without using them, which I hadn't thought of. 1) Old kitchen cabinets tiling and flooring ripped out and unlike others disposed of.
2) 5 existing PowerPoints extended to
22 PowerPoints and two WiFi external.
New fuse box fitted.
3) new kitchen cabinets,plumbing,waste disposal in a layout to maximise space
4) new flooring laid
5) new worktops, splashbacks,induction hob,oven and stainless steel splashback installed.
6) outdoor tap fitted
7) new lighting installed throughout
8) walls,ceilings and doors repaired,sanded and repainted to a high standard. Even window blinds replaced.
9) TV installed in kitchen with all cables hidden.
The list goes on. What you don't see in the list is the care and craftsmanship put in by Neil and his team.I wouldn't hesitate to call him again to work in my house. What I can show you is the results of their hard work.

We needed to add a shower to our second bathroom and also to tile the area. The company was recommended to me by a neighbour, when I telephoned, Neil came out promptly to view and estimate the job. However like other companies and tradesmen he was very busy and may have to wait some time before he could complete the job. When I explained my personal urgency in getting this done he immediately went above and beyond and was able to arrange his work along with the tilers to squeeze us in enabling the work to be done quickly. We were delighted.
On a personal note, I thought each tradesmen we met doing this job (4 in total) were all really nice and friendly guys and both my husband and I were so taken with them and the quality of the work that we will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Due to an explosion of a fluorescent light tube in my neighbours house which left her kitchen in darkness overnight, I was delighted to make contact with PPM Ltd.
Neil was instantly available when he heard the circumstances and called on Friday the same day to remove the remains of the damaged light and install the new light that we had purchased this morning. Very reasonably priced. Came in, got on with the job and left. Would never have known they were here! Very happy with the end product.

Contacted PPM when we started to have some water leak. Neil and Joesy came, had a look and attempted a patch repair to the problem area. Unfortunately, due to the original work done when the house was constructed, the patch failed. Arranged a site visit to replace the affected pipework. Work done within 30 minutes and has been good with no further signs of leaks. Happy with these guys, would use again.

We had a small repair to sub flooring carried out. Trader was upfront about timescale involved (because of their workload) and did come out to view job as arranged. Thereafter, the work was completed quickly and neatly and the workers were friendly, polite and helpful. This is the first time we have used PPM Ltd and it was only a small job but we will certainly consider using them again in future.

I contacted Neil after having a problem with water getting into a flat that I own in Paisley. As I live in London it was difficult for me see what was causing the problem. After my first contact with Neil he took it from there. Contacting tenant to arrange access, finding source of the problem and fixing, additional repairs to make sure it wouldn't happen again and all repair works to 2 rooms after damage. Even with additional works Neil did not go over the upper limit of what he promised. Highly recommend him and his team especially if you are a landlord not living in the area. I am certainly happier to know I have a go to for any further issues that may crop up in the future.
