PPM Ltd were recommended to us by a friend, we were looking to upgrade our flat ready for rental, and Neil Scally visited us on site.

We had a complete new kitchen including wall and floor units, oven, hob, sink, tiling, lighting and electrical accessories upgraded. We also had new flooring throughout the 2 bedroom flat including the en-suite and main bathroom.

We had repairs made to ceiling and other plaster-work, and then the rooms were fully decorated.
Neil also explained what was required of a Landlord when letting, so we had the appropriate fire safety equipment fitted.

The standard of work was excellent, and this from a tradesman who is more than a wee bit fussy on finishes.

I would have no hesitation in using or recommending PPM Ltd in the future.

PPM have recently completed two jobs for me. First job was painting and joinery work, I then asked them back to replace a bath panel.

Both jobs were attended to promptly and to a high standard. Neil is approachable, helpful and reliable.

I will be using PPM again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I contacted Neil after having a problem with water getting into a flat that I own in Paisley. As I live in London it was difficult for me see what was causing the problem. After my first contact with Neil he took it from there. Contacting tenant to arrange access, finding source of the problem and fixing, additional repairs to make sure it wouldn't happen again and all repair works to 2 rooms after damage. Even with additional works Neil did not go over the upper limit of what he promised. Highly recommend him and his team especially if you are a landlord not living in the area. I am certainly happier to know I have a go to for any further issues that may crop up in the future.

Extremely impressed. Arrived promptly, found the fault, which another company couldn't. Plumber definitely knew his business. We intend to have them back in Spring 2021 to do more maintenance on the property for us. We have found our 'Go To' company.

Living room remodelled. Wall stripped,walls ,ceiling,doors painted with new handles and hinges.New laminate and skirting boards put on,New double sockets with TV wall mounted and wired to mains with own supply.HDMI cable attached. New smaller radiator fitted and curtain pole put up.Neils team punctual,courteous and tidy with hoover and brush to clean up.All rubbish taken away. When I seen the unfinished room I panicked slightly but unnecessarily as job was incomplete and all tweets done and room looks great and very pleases.Also said if wall dries and looks as needs another coat to contact though presently looks fine.Easy to contact Neil,job finished on time,unless needs another coat,and costs as stated.Well recommended after I realised finished job was excellent,and will definitely use again.

Very helpful and friendly. Repaired a night storage heater and got it working again. Did not make any mess.
