This is the second time I have used this trader. Excellent service: prompt, reliable, very helpful and good value for money. Hope current situation doesn't impact too negatively on him.

I have used this company before in another house, the standard of work was very good. This is why I used them again. Another beautiful job, painting and decorating. Reliable, professional, no hidden costs or service disruption.

Neil has been extremely helpful and the quality of his company's work far exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept in touch throughout, which was great as I was having work done on my dad's house and could relax at home. Everyone has been great to work with and he got the work done in a short amount of time. I would recommend this company without hesitation and will definitely use them again.

I phoned Paisley Property Maintenance on a Friday regarding the toilet not flushing properly and the plumber came round Saturday morning. My system was very old so I asked for a new version to be fitted. Done very quickly, plumber answered all my questions ok. Nice guys, everything ok now. Would recommend.

Paisley Property Maintenance Ltd were happy to quote for a small repair job to roughcast on side of house. I had been trying for a couple of years to get a firm to do this but no-one was prepared to take it on because it was 'too small a job'. After contacting the company via Trusted Traders Neil called and gave an estimate for this and other work which we then decided to have done on the roof. Jobs completed very quickly. Very happy with all aspects of the job - prompt, friendly service and no mess for me to clear up. Will definitely use them again. Thanks.

This trader gave the best service during this difficult time. He replaced our shower cabinet at the earliest time. He collected the materials and took it all away at the end. The fact that he had to return to the supplier due to a damaged part which made his day a lot longer was not a problem. I would definitely use this trader again and would highly recommend.

Weird smell started coming from out electric cupboard and Neil was fantastic help. Being the first property I’ve owned, I wasn’t sure what was happening. He was able to put myself and partner at ease and fixed the issue no problem whilst answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend.
