Contacted Paisley property maintenance ltd, and explained to Niel that I had a person ready to be discharged from hospital and required repairs to a toilet flush . He assured me that the repairs would carried the next day at a time suitable for me to arrive at the property,he also quoted me a price for the works.
Summery :- The plumber arrived on time and assessed the fault He had the replacement parts in his van and set about changing the flush mechanism.
The works were carried out in a timely manner and resulted in the satisfactory operation of the toilet flush. The site was left clean and tidy and was charged the quoted price. Well done Paisley Property Maintenance Ltd. First Class.

Guys have fitted a new radiator for me. They came out really quick after first point of contact. Job was done to a professional standard at a reasonable price and they cleaned up after themselves. Happy to recommend.

The job was to remove a brick wall in a Victorian property and put up a stud partition wall to create a bigger room. This involved moving electrics, plumbing and additional strengthening works.
Neil and his team were fantastic, getting this done on a tight turnaround and also providing helpful advice and guidance for the next part of the project. Neil kept us informed every step of the way , even providing photos when we couldn’t make it over in person to see it. They cleared everything away when they were finished. We would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to anyone else.

Paisley Property Maintenance dealt with what was a very small job for them but solved a very important problem my Mother had with her bathroom light. Despite it being a minor work they accepted and attended promptly and performed a fix at a v reasonable charge. I would certainly use them again and recommend.

Phoned Paisley Property Maintenance in the morning regarding broken bathroom light switch/fan and bathroom heater in mums house. Came out early afternoon and fixed all 3, plus fitted energy saving bulbs. Great service and price. Highly recommend.

Faulty outside security light, chap from Paisley property maintenance came and checked it out and replacement supplied and fitted at a fair price same day. Have used them before and highly recommend.

We had a new bathroom floor laid and a kitchen roof patched and painted,
All work was carried out to an extemely high standard .
The tradesmen were very proffesional and friendly.
We were happy with the price for all works and would have no hestation recommending PPM to any future customer.

Spoke to Neil who was very pleasant and explained I needed 3 doors cut and pictures hung. As agreed he appeared 2 days later. The doors are large, solid and heavy, but the guys who came made quick work and left only when I was satisfied with the work completed. Yes, I wouldn't hesitate to phone them again if needed.

We had a problem with our shower, after contacting Paisley Property Maintenance on Monday 18th November I am delighted to say that we have just had a replacement shower fitted. No fuss, no mess. Excellent service and excellent work carried out by a really nice young man!

I had a chair repaired, an electrical fitting replaced and a sensor light put outside. I am delighted with the work. They came first thing this morning and I had just phoned last night. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by the guys at Paisley Property Maintenance, and have already arranged future jobs with them. They are very polite, friendly and supportive and also very efficient in their method of working. No job is a hassle to them. They fitted a new shower unit and LED kitchen light for me and other odd jobs I had been putting off over the years and I am very happy. The price for their work was also very reasonable. When you find a good service who obviously value their customers it is worth sticking with them, and I fully intend to in the future.

Contacted the trader this morning as I had a leak coming from the shower. Neil introduced himself and said he would try to come today. Neil and his colleague arrived this afternoon and the leak was fixed. Although they had to remove part of wall and ceiling they left the job with minimal damage.
Friendly, professional and a fair price.
