Called Paisley Property Maintenance after another plumber let me down at the last minute. Not only did they attend the job the same day, but they were cheaper and did a top quality job. Would definitely use them again.

Phoned Neil to sort out a problem with a large walk-in shower screen door which need realigned after a "Hogmanay bump". Joe came round later that morning and it was all sorted out.

Just had a second job done by the guys at Paisley Property Maintenance, and had a new bath and shower screen installed. They arrived spot on the time they said they would on the agreed morning, and also finished at the agreed time and did a very good job in installing the bath and shower screen. Also completed a couple of additional repairs. Would definitely recommend this business and I will be calling on them again in the future.

New bathroom installed by Paisley Property Maintenance. Old one ripped out and disposed of, new plumbing, wet walls, ceiling and flooring installed to a very high standard. High quality bathroom suite and fixtures and fittings, new electrics, LED lighting, and an amazing rainfall shower. Neil and his team worked hard, turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and contributed some nice touches and ideas. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

We had several small jobs - replacing a shower switch, relocating a light switch in loft and installing linked alarms to comply with new legislation. Paisley Property Maintenance were happy to quote, gave a time frame and kept to it.

Very speedy response to my inquiry and all the work was carried out very
efficiently by Neil and his team. The water leakage from upstairs bathroom
to kitchen below was very quickly diagnosed and new toilet and cistern installed.
They also dealt with one or two other smaller issues at the same time.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, great service! Doors trimmed and re-hung. Fast response, quick job completion, really personable and good value for money. Will be using them again.
