This is the second time I have used this trader. Excellent service: prompt, reliable, very helpful and good value for money. Hope current situation doesn't impact too negatively on him.

I have used Neil and his team before, that saying it was a few years ago, sent a message about leaking kitchen tap I wanted replaced & Neil got back very quickly to say he would have someone out, next day messaged to say Joe would pop round and fix, Job done, we noticed a small leak later that evening, next morning Joe back in and sorted, excellent service can`t` recommend this company enough, I will be using them again in the New Year for another job I need doing.

Work done- alcove in lounge boxed in, radiator replaced, skirting board replaced, wall prepared for decoration, old wallpaper stripped and new wallpaper put up.

I would highly recommend Neil and his team and would go as far as to say I now wouldn’t use anyone else for any future work I needed done to my property.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me informed of timescale, work progress etc.

Really pleasant guys who treated my house very well with no mess left and job completed brilliantly.

John the painter deserves a mention also not only did he strip my wallpaper and put new paper up! Although My wife and I were extremely pleased with the finished job we both decided we had made a mistake in wallpaper choice.

Again this was no problem for John and when we picked new wallpaper he came back at the agreed day and time to do the wall again.

After searching over the years to find decent,honest and reliable tradesmen we are glad to have come across paisley property maintenance and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Paisley Property Maintenance Ltd were happy to quote for a small repair job to roughcast on side of house. I had been trying for a couple of years to get a firm to do this but no-one was prepared to take it on because it was 'too small a job'. After contacting the company via Trusted Traders Neil called and gave an estimate for this and other work which we then decided to have done on the roof. Jobs completed very quickly. Very happy with all aspects of the job - prompt, friendly service and no mess for me to clear up. Will definitely use them again. Thanks.

Very prompt and efficient, came to look at the job and do the work when they said they would. I have difficulty getting time off work and they kindly worked around my schedule.
I needed what i thought was a simple job to fit a new shower, but due to difficulties with the shower i had previously bought and the plumbing in my house, it required a bit of detective work. Neil could not have been nicer, professional and patient throughout.

We had a faulty loft switch that required checking. Neil came out the next day after my enquiry, identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Great service and will definitely use his company for any future work.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by the guys at Paisley Property Maintenance, and have already arranged future jobs with them. They are very polite, friendly and supportive and also very efficient in their method of working. No job is a hassle to them. They fitted a new shower unit and LED kitchen light for me and other odd jobs I had been putting off over the years and I am very happy. The price for their work was also very reasonable. When you find a good service who obviously value their customers it is worth sticking with them, and I fully intend to in the future.

We needed to add a shower to our second bathroom and also to tile the area. The company was recommended to me by a neighbour, when I telephoned, Neil came out promptly to view and estimate the job. However like other companies and tradesmen he was very busy and may have to wait some time before he could complete the job. When I explained my personal urgency in getting this done he immediately went above and beyond and was able to arrange his work along with the tilers to squeeze us in enabling the work to be done quickly. We were delighted.
On a personal note, I thought each tradesmen we met doing this job (4 in total) were all really nice and friendly guys and both my husband and I were so taken with them and the quality of the work that we will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

First class service and excellent workmanship. Our job was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use these guys again.

PPM Ltd were recommended to us by a friend, we were looking to upgrade our flat ready for rental, and Neil Scally visited us on site.

We had a complete new kitchen including wall and floor units, oven, hob, sink, tiling, lighting and electrical accessories upgraded. We also had new flooring throughout the 2 bedroom flat including the en-suite and main bathroom.

We had repairs made to ceiling and other plaster-work, and then the rooms were fully decorated.
Neil also explained what was required of a Landlord when letting, so we had the appropriate fire safety equipment fitted.

The standard of work was excellent, and this from a tradesman who is more than a wee bit fussy on finishes.

I would have no hesitation in using or recommending PPM Ltd in the future.

Margaret's new kitchen and I mean everything. The list of works done are extensive.
1) Old kitchen cabinets tiling and flooring ripped out and unlike others disposed of.
2) 5 existing PowerPoints extended to
22 PowerPoints and two WiFi external.
New fuse box fitted.
3) new kitchen cabinets,plumbing,waste disposal in a layout to maximise space
4) new flooring laid
5) new worktops, splashbacks,induction hob,oven and stainless steel splashback installed.
6) outdoor tap fitted
7) new lighting installed throughout
8) walls,ceilings and doors repaired,sanded and repainted to a high standard. Even window blinds replaced.
9) TV installed in kitchen with all cables hidden.
The list goes on. What you don't see in the list is the care and craftsmanship put in by Neil and his team.I wouldn't hesitate to call him again to work in my house. What I can show you is the results of their hard work.

I contacted Neil after having a problem with water getting into a flat that I own in Paisley. As I live in London it was difficult for me see what was causing the problem. After my first contact with Neil he took it from there. Contacting tenant to arrange access, finding source of the problem and fixing, additional repairs to make sure it wouldn't happen again and all repair works to 2 rooms after damage. Even with additional works Neil did not go over the upper limit of what he promised. Highly recommend him and his team especially if you are a landlord not living in the area. I am certainly happier to know I have a go to for any further issues that may crop up in the future.

Installation of smoke alarms. Turned up at time agreed, wearing masks, can't fault them. Have recommended to family.

Extremely impressed. Arrived promptly, found the fault, which another company couldn't. Plumber definitely knew his business. We intend to have them back in Spring 2021 to do more maintenance on the property for us. We have found our 'Go To' company.
