Installation of kitchen tap,and more importantly removal of waste disposal unit and connection of new pipework to outlet pipe.Clean and efficient work by" The Dream Team" who were cheery and kept us advised throughout the work.Two other plumbing firms had let us down previously so will use Paisley Property Maintenance in future.

Paisley Property Maintenance have carried out a number of jobs for me over a period of several years. I have always been very happy with the work and find them most reliable and ready to accommodate suitable timings or respond to urgent situations, I wish more traders operated to this high standard.

Helped us out when we had been badly let down by previous plumber to replace a toilet and sink, replied quickly to my call, came out to check what was required, gave me a time that they stuck to,did the job quickly with no mess even went further than I asked by tidying tile work and replacing flooring. Excellent work, cheery tidy workmen. Worth every penny. Will use again and would highly recommend them. Thank you Neil & co.

Called out this company for advice regarding a damp patch on an external wall. was given an explanation for the damp that really put my mind at rest as I was very worried. will get this fixed when the better weather comes back. Thank You.

Neil arranged for 2 new radiators to be fitted in the living room and kitchen also to wall mount our television and fit a new ceiling light. Dean and Joe arrived when expected and carried out the work cleanly and efficiently and are lovely guys. Had a really good natter with them. PPM have recently completed two jobs for me. First job was painting and joinery work, I then asked them back to replace a bath panel.

Both jobs were attended to promptly and to a high standard. Neil is approachable, helpful and reliable.
