I had a full kitchen refit (including taking down an internal wall and moving a couple of doors), a full bathroom refit (new floor, new walls, switching the shower from electric to feeding from the gas boiler...new everything basically), and a few other electrical, plumbing and central heating jobs done around the house.

Raymond and Garry were excellent - punctual, polite, clean and tidy - and they did a fantastic job with everything I asked them to do.

They were also very flexible - I was a bit slow in making some of my decisions, but they dealt with this brilliantly, taking everything in their stride, offering advice, and even putting the job on pause at my request for a few weeks while I got things sorted out.

I'd definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Mirren Property Services recently replaced my kitchen worktops, sink and appliances. Great service from start to finish and a first class job. The direct Raymond arranged for me to bring samples home, provided a written quote and scheduled the job. All ran to plan and they did a fantastic job, really gives the kitchen a refresh. Professional trades and left the place tidy. Really pleased with this company and will recommend and use again.

We had the recurrence of some external drain problems. We agreed that we would remedy the immediate problem and look for a long term solution. Mirren offered a prompt, quality service and a very cost effective (fingers crossed) solution.

Installation of wardrobes and internal door . Excellent finishes on both and no mess left behind . Would use again great.

They helped correct the poor workmanship of another contractor in our loft conversion.

This must be third or fourth time we have used Mirren Property Services. On this occasion as in the past they have been professional, reliable, efficient, vfm, supportive and honest. We wanted a combination of joinery, electrical, plumbing and painter work carried out throughout our house. This included major installation- dishwasher and new cooker hood into existing kitchen units.
They finished whole job in 2 days, with no problems and everything as we wanted it.
We will, of course, use them again for both small and larger jobs.

Mirren Property recently renovated my kitchen and utility room which probably hadn't had any substantial work done in the last 20+ years and honestly just WOW. The transformation is absolutely amazing.

They are so calm and dealt with any changes needed to the plans or any wee niggles that came along as the work progressed and as the old kitchen stripped out. They left my house tidy every night and arranged for old white goods to be uplifted as soon as they could and arranged a skip to dispose of rubbish/debris. The guys also laid floor and did tiling which made the process less of a hassle as I didn't need to worry about organising these jobs around their plan of work.

It is obvious that customers are at the heart of Mirren Property and I will definitely use then again the in future.

KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

Recently had our kitchen completely ripped out and replaced (by kitchen from Howdens) including knocking wall down, bricking up door and making window smaller and replacing all flooring.
Raymond & Gary from MPS came out and advised/suggested a few options to us and supplied a competitive quote for what we wanted.
We were given a timescale and kept advised as the work was progressing, they accommodated additional work that we requested as the job went along.
The workers were professional and always left the place tidy at the end of the day.
The work was of a high standard all around and we are delighted with the job done, would highly recommend Mirren Properties for any job you are considering.
We are just waiting on a date for a bathroom refurbish now !

We had Several jobs done by mirren property services -
1. Replace several double glazing window units that seals had been broken.
2. Replace shower screen with a newer better one.
3. Replaced bath panel with a new one that he had built for us personally.
4. Fixed outside door panel that had "sprung ".
Workmanship was perfect, very clean & tidy workers who tidied up after themselves. We can't speak more highly of this company, will definitely recommend and use them again.

Excellent service throughout. We had new worktops and kitchen sink installed. Workmanship was superb and the kitchen was left so clean it was hard to believe that workmen had been there. Would thoroughly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again

I had coving, skirting and new flooring in my bedroom. The finished result is perfect with no mess. This is the latest work the guys have carried out for me as I’ve had numerous other jobs done. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and have done so to neighbours and friends who were all extremely impressed. Definitely 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
