We contacted Raymond at Mirren Property Services after another joiner left us with unfinished work of a poor and frankly unsafe standard. They were fantastic to say the least! Not only was the work done and completed in a timely manner, we were delighted with the completed work and quality of the finish. He was incredibly professional and kept us up to date throughout. Mirren Property Services are highly recommended!

I needed cupboard doors switched over to accommodate an integrated washing machine. Quote was great, less than we expected . Work completed with no issues and he was even able to fix our fridge door at no extra cost.

3 small jobs to install new kitchen tap, fit new down lights in bathroom and stop back door sticking. It took less that a week from first contact to the work being surveyed and completed. Mirren completely upgraded our bathroom, taking everything back to the bare walls and completely upgrading everything.
Raymond offered good advise regarding changing the layout of bath/ WC and sink from the previous layout to create a more suitable layout, which we are delighted he did as the bathroom works so much better now.
They carried out all works in a very methodical and clean manner, cleaning up every night, so you wouldn't know they had been in. Quite an achievement when you consider the works they were undertaking.

All work was carried out to a very high standard, with the attention to detail second to none.
Overall I am delighted with the quality of work carried out by Mirren, and would not hesitate to use them again with future works.

Joinery work: replacing an external door and fitting two cupboards. The quality of the work is excellent, the price was more than reasonable, they came at the times they promised working non stop and leaving the place spotless.
