KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

Recently had our kitchen completely ripped out and replaced (by kitchen from Howdens) including knocking wall down, bricking up door and making window smaller and replacing all flooring.
Raymond & Gary from MPS came out and advised/suggested a few options to us and supplied a competitive quote for what we wanted.
We were given a timescale and kept advised as the work was progressing, they accommodated additional work that we requested as the job went along.
The workers were professional and always left the place tidy at the end of the day.
The work was of a high standard all around and we are delighted with the job done, would highly recommend Mirren Properties for any job you are considering.
We are just waiting on a date for a bathroom refurbish now !

Excellent workmanship

The guys did a great job fitting a new PVC front door on my elderly mum's property. She remarked as to how courteous and professional they were while fitting it.
My mum is really chuffed with her new door :)

All correspondences down through the website, they were quick to response to initial request, arrange a quote and a suitable time to come and fix my bathroom sink and reseal my shower.

On the day they were efficient, punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

Installation of built-in wardrobe doors, 3 and 4 respectively, including major alterations to internal configuration of 3-door wardrobe. Additionally the work involved the replacement of noisy extraction fan in en suite bathroom with adjustment of over-run time. The work was completed with minimum disruption, no mess and had clearly been planned in detail prior to commencement. Simply put "first class"

3 small jobs to install new kitchen tap, fit new down lights in bathroom and stop back door sticking. It took less that a week from first contact to the work being surveyed and completed. Raymond and Garry were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the work we needed done. My husband and I are very happy with the standard of the work done and are very happy to use them again and recommend them to friends.

Joinery work: replacing an external door and fitting two cupboards. The quality of the work is excellent, the price was more than reasonable, they came at the times they promised working non stop and leaving the place spotless. We are so impressed that already we have arranged for them to do electrical work. I definitely recommend Raymond and Gary.

Complete gutting and replacement of en-suite shower room.

We cannot recommend Mirren highly enough. The men were professional and very helpful. There was an unexpected problem which was dealt with very well. Attention to detail was meticulous. The house was immaculately tidy when they left. We are delighted with the end product.

Our bathroom is like new again.

Used Mirren Services a number of times for various work both joinery and plumbing. No hesitation in recommending them for either.

30 year old conservatory prepared for summer ensuring all water tight, unneeded lights and fan removed and door adjusted to seal properly. Replacement of outside taps also done. All work well done and absolutely no mess left behind. Totally satisfied as in the past.

Internal doors replaced.
