Very happy with work carried out. New skirting and baseboards supplied and fitted throughout the flat and then boiler flue pipe boxed in (with access panels). Arrived when they said they would - this cannot be overstated (been let down before from other companies for other work to be carried out), so to find a professional, reliable company is a godsend. Flat has loads of funny angles, corners and nooks and not an easy job to fit. The guys were great and work was top notch. They worked quickly and totally cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely be using them again. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

EVERYTHING WENT EXACTLY TO PLAN
Raymond visited our home several times to measure and discuss our exact specifications.
He was very patient and offered advice to us during this time.
He and his team were able to fit two new composite doors, build a new back step using non slip decking, and repair our leaky garage roof. This only took two days so disruption was minimal.
It was all finished on time to a high standard and we are delighted with both the look and function of all aspects of Mirren Property's work. Raymond and Garry have done work in our home regularly over the last 6 years. From sorting out our loft conversion, fitting our outdoor decking to fitting new bathroom units and fixings.

I needed cupboard doors switched over to accommodate an integrated washing machine. Quote was great, less than we expected . Work completed with no issues and he was even able to fix our fridge door at no extra cost.

We contacted Raymond at Mirren Property Services after another joiner left us with unfinished work of a poor and frankly unsafe standard. They were fantastic to say the least! I needed a replacement worktop after a previous company botched the kitchen installation. Always more difficult to fix a mess than doing it the correct way from scratch!! i also needed doors fitted after getting carpets installed. The guys were very good, cleaned up after they finished, and the finished work was excellent.

We used Mirren Property Services to install a shower and sort some water pressure issues. They visited within a few days of first contact at the agreed time to price the job, provided the quote a few days later as promised, then visited to do the job within a couple of days of being appointed.
Job was completed quickly and with minimum of mess. Water pressure fixed and new shower working perfectly.

Raymond and Garry replaced 2 leaking shower trays for us. Very pleased with process from start to finish. Good price, good communication and good quality finish. Will use again and will definitely recommend to others.

We asked Raymond to supply and fit a replacement thermostatic two piece shower. We contacted Raymond by Email and had a speedy response. We sent a photo of the item requiring replacement and he provided an estimate within a couple of days.
We were happy with the estimate given and arranged for Raymond to supply and fit the shower in a couple of weeks.
Raymond turned up promptly on the day at the time agreed and completed the job within a couple of hours. We are very please with the tidiness and professionalism of the work and the finished result.
We asked for a small additional job to be undertaken that Raymond undertook at the same time.
We have received the appropriate invoice completely in line with the estimate and used the bank transfer payment option to make payment.

Mirren property services did a first class job for me. They renewed the pipework under the kitchen sink which had been causing a lot of problems. After they finished they cleaned up everything and left it spotlessly clean. The price was very reasonable too. I would totally recommend this company and would use them again. Many thanks.
