I’ve had numerous work carried out by Mirren from new guttering, fascias and windows to interiors ie wardrobes, skirting and total room refurbishment. The work has always been carried out to a very high standard, from professional people. The area being worked on is always left clean and tidy when they are finished. I will be using Mirren again for further projects around my home and after seeing the workmanship my neighbours have also used them. Five star company that I would definitely recommend

Installation of built-in wardrobe doors, 3 and 4 respectively, including major alterations to internal configuration of 3-door wardrobe. Additionally the work involved the replacement of noisy extraction fan in en suite bathroom with adjustment of over-run time. The work was completed with minimum disruption, no mess and had clearly been planned in detail prior to commencement. Simply put "first class"

30 year old conservatory prepared for summer ensuring all water tight, unneeded lights and fan removed and door adjusted to seal properly. Replacement of outside taps also done. All work well done and absolutely no mess left behind. Totally satisfied as in the past.

Mirren re-did our full spare bedroom, plastering, new radiator, new skirting/door surrounds, new cupboard door and flooring. An excellent job, absolutely delighted with the transformation!

We asked Raymond to supply and fit a replacement thermostatic two piece shower. We contacted Raymond by Email and had a speedy response. We sent a photo of the item requiring replacement and he provided an estimate within a couple of days.
We were happy with the estimate given and arranged for Raymond to supply and fit the shower in a couple of weeks.
Raymond turned up promptly on the day at the time agreed and completed the job within a couple of hours. We are very please with the tidiness and professionalism of the work and the finished result.
We asked for a small additional job to be undertaken that Raymond undertook at the same time.
We have received the appropriate invoice completely in line with the estimate and used the bank transfer payment option to make payment.
We will definitely use Raymond at Mirren Property Services again.

Another room in my house renovated by this company. This is the 6th or 7th time I’ve had work carried out and I would recommend this company 100%.

Mirren property services did a first class job for me. They renewed the pipework under the kitchen sink which had been causing a lot of problems. After they finished they cleaned up everything and left it spotlessly clean. The price was very reasonable too. I would totally recommend this company and would use them again. Many thanks. Radiator replacement, plastering and kitchen splash backs. Arrived when they said worked continuously throughout the day. Kept the area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Gave and discussed options with technical advice. We’re not in a hurry to leave until They had fully tested the systems and I was happy with everything.

Raymond and Garry have done work in our home regularly over the last 6 years. From sorting out our loft conversion, fitting our outdoor decking to fitting new bathroom units and fixings.

Used Mirren Property Services to hang 6 internal doors. Tricky job as old house wonky door frames. MPS measured up then advised on changes required to selected doors to match the measurements. Collected doors from suppliers, fitted and took away old doors. Great comms throughout process, and job was done well and efficiently. Lovely guys too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
