Second time I’ve used mirren property services in as many months for joinery work and would use them again/recommend them without any hesitation. So pleased with new bannister and internal doors. Done a great job!

Mirren property did a excellent job putting our windows and doors in in december 2021.raymond and his co worker were excellent and cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy before they left for day.great company will use them all the time now

Used Mirren Property Services for new replacement windows. Fast and reliable service. Skilled tradesmen in Raymond and Gary, and neat and tidy work leaving no mess to be cleaned up. Excellent all round installation and very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We used Mirren Property Services to install a shower and sort some water pressure issues. They visited within a few days of first contact at the agreed time to price the job, provided the quote a few days later as promised, then visited to do the job within a couple of days of being appointed.
Job was completed quickly and with minimum of mess. Water pressure fixed and new shower working perfectly.

EVERYTHING WENT EXACTLY TO PLAN
Raymond visited our home several times to measure and discuss our exact specifications.
He was very patient and offered advice to us during this time.
He and his team were able to fit two new composite doors, build a new back step using non slip decking, and repair our leaky garage roof. This only took two days so disruption was minimal.
It was all finished on time to a high standard and we are delighted with both the look and function of all aspects of Mirren Property's work. We will continue to seek Mirren Property Services Ltd for future home improvements and highly recommend anyone else to give them a call should you required any repairs / maintenance / improvements to your home.

I have employed Mirren Property Services for many years. Reliable, friendly and trustworthy.

I needed a replacement worktop after a previous company botched the kitchen installation. Always more difficult to fix a mess than doing it the correct way from scratch!! i also needed doors fitted after getting carpets installed. The guys were very good, cleaned up after they finished, and the finished work was excellent.

This company did a first class job. Goo`d workmanship and very tidy workers. Everything was well finished and we are very pleased with the end products.

Over the have had several home improvements carried out by this company including a new fitted kitchen and a bespoke window fitted. Work is always carried out to a high standard, completed timeously and all mess is cleared away.

Mirren Contracts completed a refurbishment of my bathroom after a water leak , the service and quality of work were second to none. I would highly recommend them.
