Excellent professional service in repairing our gas fire.

I had a new gas meter box to be installed and it required a certified professional to fit it safely. I was very pleased with the work and the safety checks performed thereafter. This company has great customer service and communication. They are informative, reliable, trustworthy and provide an excellent service. I am so glad I selected this company and I will use them again. I highly recommend.

I needed a new radiator in my living room and also had to fix another issue with my other radiators. Lee was prompt to check the issue and offer a quote. Trevor eventually carried out the work very timely and professionally. Communication has been great at all times and I am very happy with the end result. Lee came out the same day when water started leaking through our living room ceiling. Gave advice and quotes by end of the day. Lee came back again the next day to drain our water tank. New boiler was fitted soon after by Lee and Trevor - on a Saturday too.

My partner and I recently bought a property that needed a lot of work done to bring up to scratch, and we needed to completely rip out and replace the old heating system, which hadn't been upgraded since the 80s.

To cut a long story short we are so glad we went with Fife and Lothian Energy Services. Lee and his team were friendly, personable and professional throughout the entire process, and installed new pipework, radiators and a hydrogen-compatible combi-boiler for less than what we expected to pay.

They completed the whole job in the span of two days, and the work they did was top quality, nearly seamlessly replacing the old system. They took time after the job to show us the new system and made sure we were happy with the work, and even repaired a bit of damage caused by a leak in the old system.

We'd absolutely recommend Lee and the team to anybody needing heating work done on their property.

Our "shower" pump failed which is really inconvenient at any time if year, let alone in January. In fact it was more than a shower pump, it actually delivered hot water to all the taps in our home. After looking on the Trusted Trader website, I decided to give Fife and Lothian Energy Services a call. Even though they were booked up for 6 weeks, they juggled their diaries around to get to me within 36 hours and very promptly installed a replacement pump. The engineer was quick, friendly, efficient and tidy. Very pleased indeed with the service, would recommend and would certainly use again. Well done!

Have used Fife and Lothian Energy for a couple of jobs now. Most recently installing a hive hub and thermostat. Communication always great, arrive when they say they will and job done to a high standard. No mess left. Highly recommend

An old cast iron rainwater downpipe was removed in its entirety. A new upvc downpipe with connections to existing gutters was supplied and fitted.
We are an elderly couple and my husband is disabled. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Fife and Lothian Energy Services. I emailed several plumbers and Fife and Lothian Energy Services were the only plumbers who had the courtesy to reply to my email. Lee's work is excellent. He even went the extra mile and helped me with a few extra jobs and did not charge. He is a lovely person and his communication is excellent. Lee has a great enthusiasm for doing a first class job. Called when my Mum’s central heating failed to turn on. It was the morning of the 23rd December! Lee said he’d be out that afternoon. Lee and Willie checked out the issue, fitted a new part and then my Mum was up and running again. Fair price for emergency call out and work undertaken. Greatly appreciated speedy resolution and the time taken to explain details.

Temperamental shower temperature which required a replacement shower unit to rectify. Trevor provided a first class service from start to finish. I was kept informed of progress and all promises were kept and to time.

Having an attic conversion, and unfortunately have had numerous negative experiences with incompetent and untrustworthy contractor's, however Lee restored my faith in tradesmen by supplying an exceptional service, of
supplying new gas supply to conversion, Supplying gas to existing kitchen and fitting a gas cooker, fitting radiators and even noticing a fault left by a previous tradesman and rectifying it. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

His expertise, knowledge, diligence, safety checks, excellent communication, clean, tidy, efficient work was very much appreciated indeed.
He arrived on time, completed the work, with an excellent and fair price, with no payment until job completed and I was happy with the work.
I am delighted and will most certainly ask Lee to do further works and would highly recommend him.

I called Trevor in the morning as my heating stopped working, they were there to fix it that afternoon, it needed a new part but they were able to give me heat that night till the part arrived next day, they also spotted and promptly fixed a leak that would have caused more damage and without any extra cost, theses guys are amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Cupboard converted to en-suite bathroom. Work carried out to a very high standard and would highly recommend Lee and his team, so much so that we’ve already arranged for our bathroom to be upgraded by this company.

I have really struggled to get anyone to service our HeatraeSadia and all the recommended engineers (from HeatraeSadia) either did not respond to my enquiries or the number was disconnected. Lee immediately got back to me, and made an appointment. He was efficient, knowledgeable and polite, and organised. He came to investigate, immediately after leaving I had a proposed time and a quote. The work was completed on time, efficiently and cleanly. Very impressed. Especially impressed with the common courtesy of returning a call, making an appointment, keeping the appointment and keeping me informed and explaining what was happening. Would happily recommend.

First time I have used these guys and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again,they are very knowledgable in plumbing and that is very important,I’ve had plumbers out before and they hadn’t a clue what they were doing,not these guys in job done then away again and a follow up message the next day on how things were going,very professional and I will use them again.
