We had a boiler replacement, Lee said it would take all day, when I finished my work there was no trace of any works being done in the house apart from a brand new boiler. Unfortunately one of our tenants carbon monoxide detector went off so energy board condemned the lot. Fast efficient service quickly rectified the problem cannot recommend highly enough.

Had problems with our cistern, called Lee, he came out at short notice after me sending him photos of things, did a very professional and tidy job, well impressed.

We needed some work to bring an old gas system up to current safety standards, which included replacing a gas oven, sealing an old gas fire, servicing the boiler and doing safety checks. Trevor was very responsive and fitted the work in at quite short notice. His communications were efficient throughout, he advised on a suitable replacement oven and even took the old one away. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

We called Fife and Lothian after our stopcock leaked and a previous plumber we called looked and left us with a significant leak. They answered our call promptly and came out the same day and managed to stop the leak temporarily and booked us in for the repair to be done once parts had been ordered to fully repair it.
We recently had them back to look at our boiler and a suspected broken expansion vessels, their advice on how to fix this was honest and informative. They told us what was best to do which was to contact the manufacturer to repair. This advice saved us money, we value there honesty in telling us this was the best course of action when they could have done it themselves and cost us more as they would have had to pay more for parts than the origin manufacturer. This advice is something that is rare, many professionals would have just done the job and changed more. They have the best interest in the customer rather than booking jobs and getting money.
Not only are they excellent professionals but they are extremely friendly, easy to contact and informative. Highly recommend.

I've used Lee for gas boiler / fire servicing for the last 8 years and have always found him to be on time, flexible, good with communications, reliable and a fair price.

We had the boys in during our home extension to remove old potterton boiler, move and install new Baxi 800. From start to finish they made the process very simple. Giving advice where to place new boiler and what product suited our needs. Even though this was a large job, Trevor and Lee work tirelessly to get the job completed in one day which was a massive positive for us. Cant recommend the team highly enough and will continue to use their skills and knowledge In years to come.
