Lee did multiple jobs for me at an amazing price. He was engaging and friendly while working away. He quoted me for other jobs and he will be back to do them after the holidays. I trusted his advice implicitly and now have him on speed dial for emergencies! I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

We phoned them Wednesday afternoon explained what was wrong said would be here next day within certain timescale which he did explained what thought had happened, showed me the problem fixed it and tidied everything up and was so reasonable and lovely guy. had used before to fix leaking radiator and would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Boiler fixed. We (me and my 3 children) had no hot water and a noise coming from the boiler that meant we couldn't put the heating on.
I got a call out the same day I phoned. We got a temporary fix and the job complete within a couple of days.
The quote was the price. A fair price and the service was excellent!

Had been without heating or hot water for just over a week. Tried several other heating engineers with no joy- (very busy).
Contacted this company yesterday and Lee came out this morning as he said he would. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes! Very reasonable price.
Having Lee back within a week or two to do a full service then will be taking out a homecare plan with them, which is a good service for what is again a reasonable price.
Was very impressed with Lee's professional and friendly approach.

Trevor (and supported by Bailey) completed work to a high standard/quality compared the previously incorrectly fitted old boiler and wrong location by another company.

New boiler and general plumbing works

New combi boiler installed.
From start at 8 am to finish at 8pm, Lee, Trevor and Bailey so hard to install a combi boiler. A problem arose with the old boiler which was not their fault and they would not leave until it was fixed. They are real professionals and very pleasant people to have in the house. If you want excellent plumbers, I cannot recommend FIFE and LOTHIAN ENERGY LTD highly enough.

SGN cut off my 77yo mother’s gas at 4pm on a Friday afternoon leaving it to us to find a gas safe engineer to come and sort out the problem in the domestic gas pipe work Fife & Lothian Energy services stepped up to the challenge and had a temporary fix in place that evening that got the essentials going again, they returned later to complete the permanent repairs that were required, all very efficiently organised, great communication and reliability, the price for the work carried out was very reasonable, we will be using them again!! Well done guys!!
