Work was completed well and was impressed by the quality of the finished product. The boys were very pleasant and informed us of all the work they did. Would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

Initial visit for quotation was undertaken by Lee with the work undertaken by Trevor shortly afterwards, both very pleasant and highly professional.

The job consisted of: (1) replacing the fill and flush valves on three 11 year old modern toilets that were starting to fail, (2) replacing a rusty radiator and (3) fixing a leaking unvented HW tank filling loop.
I was highly impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work done with great care being taken to protect my home's carpets and paintwork.
Trevor went beyond the call of duty in all aspects of the work, which was very fairly priced.
As such, I am happy to recommend this firm which is well worth its 5/5 rating on all counts and I will be using their services again.

I had asked Lee at Fife & Lothian Energy to provide a quote to replace our 20 year old boiler. We chose Fife & Lothian as we were already signed up to their home heat plan and the quote was clearly set out and reasonable. From start to finish, lee was highly professional, friendly and provided knowledgable advice on what work was needed. Lee sorted the whole process , completed the work to an excellent standard on the date he said. They were running behind due to unforeseen circumstances at a previous job. This can happen if a bolt shears off or something unexpected but the guys kept in touch to let me know. Have been using this company for many years. Happened upon them accidentally and fortunately. And cannot recommend them highly enough. Services boiler regularly and recently has moved radiators and moved gas feed feed for new hob In kitchen.

Lee and everyone have been absolutely fantastic. They are easy to reach and quick to respond each time we've gotten in touch. We had them in to remove a very outdated boiler system in our home, and they did a fantastic job, we can already feel the difference in how warm the house is. Professional and high quality, will definitely be coming back to them for any work we need done in future.

This company does my certificated annual boiler service which is included in my breakdown cover for not much more than what other firms charge for a service alone - great value! As an example of their efficiency - I called at 9 on a Monday morning to report a inoperable toilet cistern and by 2 in the afternoon it was fixed. A faulty bedroom radiator valve was also replaced on the same visit.
If you're looking for a professional, polite and friendly outfit then look no further.
The engineers even put plastic shoe covers on before entering your home.

We moved into a new house and found a gas leak. Our gas was cut off so we needed a qualified gas engineer to fix the fault and put our gas back on. I called various companies in the Fife and Perthshire areas but none were available. I called Fife and Lothian Energy Services Ltd and spoke directly to Lee. He assured me that he should be able to attend that day, but if not definitely the next. Lee actually attended later that day, assessed the problem, fixed it and put our gas back on. Lee and his colleague were friendly, efficient and courteous throughout. The price for the job was also very reasonable. I genuinely cannot recommend Fife and Lothian Energy Services highly enough. They are a first class company.

I would recommend Fife & Lothian Energy Services after they carried out some emergency remedial work to my boiler. They replaced a timing unit quickly and restored the unit to be able to function correctly.

Full heating system replaced pipework included.
The guys have been amazing throughout the process and i cannot thank them enough for the excellent service they provided. The team arrived in the morning and got straight to work and on completion they didnt leave a spec of dust.

I have no hesitation in recommending Fife and Lothian Energy. Lee, Trevour, and their team worked brilliantly to deliver the new heating system on time, under budget, and with so little mess. A fabulous service from start to finish. I am so lucky to have found them to do the work.
I live in Devon but needed a new heating system for an elderly relative near Kinross. Being a rural property, my options were limited, but Lee patiently guided me through the choices I settled on replacing the old night storage heaters & water tank with an oil system boiler. Living so far away I was very limited in being able to meet & discuss the quote so my first surprise was that Lee & Trevour were prepared to come to see me at the property in the evening.
Due to the scale of the work and likely disruption at the property we agreed to move my relative out for the week. My main concerns were whether the work would commence on the agreed date & finish within the proposed timescale. I would have to book accommodation for my relative and travel up from Devon to coincide with the work. I need not have worried. Work started as arranged and it was clear there was a well planned schedule in place. All parts of the work came together without issue and all the work was finished within the promised timescale.
My other concern was the mess that would be made while taking out the old system and cutting holes in the walls for the new pipes. Looking back now I still cannot understand how they could do the work they did without leaving any mess. The holes were patched so well its hard to see where they are and there was no dust. No cleaning needed. Just amazing.
All the team were polite, hard working and good at their jobs. I will certainly use the firm for any future work.

I had an emergency with a leak in my kitchen sink that was leaking down into the flat underneath. Contacted these guys and they were fast and reliable. The work was done quickly and place was left clean afterwards. Highly recommend.

Advice and repair to a combi boiler. Very helpful and went out thier way to visit and advise at short notice. I have used them a few times and they are my "go too" plumbers because of this. Highly recommended
