Annual boiler service. Really friendly, quick and efficient. Plus Fife and Lothian Energy have a good diary system so they remind us when the check is due.

Had the annual service done on my boiler. Was able to schedule it quickly and easily. Very friendly and efficient service on the day.

Replacement gas boiler. This work was carried out to a very good standard. Lee who came to quote and Trevor who carried out the work were friendly and polite. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

Needed an overflow pipe extended outside and the work was carried on the confirmed date and at a very reasonable price

Gas engineer from a different company had dismantled my shower and tiles and said this was cause of leak and boiler dropping pressure as it was running warm water when off and soaked behind tiles. They said boilers losing pressure and topping up every 2 hours was now fixed with removing shower. I had to ask what if it wasn’t and response was a new boiler.

Had to call Fife and Lothian Energy Services Ltd as issue wasn’t fixed. All I can say is they are AMAZING, I’ll never go elsewhere now I’ve found them. Great aftercare, very thorough, honest and helpful.

Came out next day to evaluate issue to provide quote. They found leak from bathroom sink pipe and towel warmer. The boiler is fixable and advised can change if requested but not necessary. Temporary fixed this issue too and asked me to let him know if pressure still dropped. NO charge for temp fixes.

I’m honestly so happy I found them and they’ve helped alleviate my stress with so many house problems at the one time.

No hot water in morning. Phoned Lee and he came out that day when he said he would. Diagnosed and repaired the fault quickly. Very honest, friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Great service

I got a new boiler as my old one was goosed. Lee came out on 06/05/22 & got the job done in a few hours. I sat up in my room & let him bash on, he even fixed my shower door while waiting for Trevor {Brilliant} & tidied everything up. Trevor came back a couple of days ago & finished off the service.
A great local company who are all very friendly & if you have any problems they come out & sort it asap.

Engineer Trevor returned to house after they installed our new boiler system ,this visit was to add the flushing system through our installation.

In addition we had mentioned a new hob, after discussion Trevor advised he did carry a new boxed hob,this was immediately fitted, as well on the day and a plumbing situation addressed.

The support on the day was excellent and clearly represents a real trusted trader ,who provide a turnkey service,in gas engineering,and plumbing ,and they clear things away after them,which some do not, it makes a difference.

Excellent communication throughout ! And we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Radiators installed. The guys turned up on time, good communication, quality workmanship and kept everything neat and tidy. This is the 2nd time we’ve used this company and wouldn’t hesitate in using them in the future or recommending them to anyone.

Work done to my boiler as pressure kept dropping and couldn't find a leak from anywhere. Came really quick and found the fault and done repair same day and is working perfectly and guy Trevor was very good explaining what was the problem and how it's getting fixed

Got done the same day I contacted. Very quickly resolved the issue at a reasonable price. Very happy.

If 6 stars was an option to choose I would do so.

Rapid install with top notch banter. Showed him a picture of a sunken bath from another house and talked about the cost of living crisis.

Also cleans up after install... a don't even know a sparky that does that.

I had used this team to replace living room radiators last October, they were so reliable and did such a good job that when new watermarks started appearing on my living room ceiling I contacted them straight away. They acknowledge your enquiry promotly and advised they would let us know ASAP when they would be available. They keep in regular contact and manage your expectations, turning up when they promise and offering full support after the job is complete for any snags. My mum was full of praise for the team fixing her leaking radiators as well. I can't recommend Trevor and his team enough - definitely a reliable, trusted trader!

I’ve used Fife and Lothian Energy Services Ltd for a while now and can’t recommend them highly enough. Just had my annual boiler service completed and had the great service (punctual, knowledgeable and great value) I’ve come to expect. Great company!
