We have had a fantastic experience with Lee & Trevor. They responded quickly to the job, gave some great advice, rejigged their schedule to fit us in, made a lovely job of fitting the bathroom, dealt with issues as the arose and communicated well at all times.

We had our old boiler removed and a combo boiler installed.
Initially we got 3 quotes, Fife and Lothian Energy Services Ltd were one of the companys’ that gave us a quote.

Replacement shower. Excellent service. Friendly, reliable team.

Previously, the firm replaced a rusty radiator and also fitted new fill and flush mechanisms to three toilets.
On this occasion, the central heating system was completely overhauled and two further rusting radiators were replaced. New TRVs, lockshield valves and bleed valves were fitted to all remaining radiators to update them to current standards.
The system was also bled and topped with inhibitor for corrosion protection, all for a very fair price.

Trevor and Calum did a great job and my 11 year old CH system looks brand new again. As such, I am happy to award 5/5 across the board based on two very favourable experiences within a short timespan.

We used Fife and Lothian Energy Services Ltd to replace our old boiler and radiators. They were professional from our initial meeting and they sorted all of the confused pipework that was in place. They were tidy and professional throughout the job and advised us about the kitchen pipework that will need to be considered when we get our new kitchen fitted.
All in all, we were really impressed with the knowledge and work ethic that Lee, Trevor and Bailey demonstrated. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again.

Work was completed well and was impressed by the quality of the finished product. The boys were very pleasant and informed us of all the work they did. Would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

Initial visit for quotation was undertaken by Lee with the work undertaken by Trevor shortly afterwards, both very pleasant and highly professional.

The job consisted of: (1) replacing the fill and flush valves on three 11 year old modern toilets that were starting to fail, (2) replacing a rusty radiator and (3) fixing a leaking unvented HW tank filling loop.

I had asked Lee at Fife & Lothian Energy to provide a quote to replace our 20 year old boiler. We chose Fife & Lothian as we were already signed up to their home heat plan and the quote was clearly set out and reasonable. From start to finish, lee was highly professional, friendly and provided knowledgable advice on what work was needed. Fife and Lothian energy services serviced my boiler last week. Lee came straight back to me to book an appointment after I messaged them and Trevor came along on the day to carry out the work. They were running behind due to unforeseen circumstances at a previous job. This can happen if a bolt shears off or something unexpected but the guys kept in touch to let me know. Have been using this company for many years. Happened upon them accidentally and fortunately. And cannot recommend them highly enough. Services boiler regularly and recently has moved radiators and moved gas feed feed for new hob In kitchen.

Lee and everyone have been absolutely fantastic. They are easy to reach and quick to respond each time we've gotten in touch.
