We hired Angus to renovate our kitchen and bathroom in a tenement flat, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Angus was clear, communicative, and reliable. He kept us fully informed throughout the project — from explaining the work involved, to giving transparent pricing for materials and labour.
There were a few snags along the way (as is often the case with older buildings), but Angus was incredibly supportive in helping us navigate decisions. He always made time to talk things through and offer thoughtful solutions without any pressure.
The work itself involved knocking down walls, building a new ones, and reshaping both our kitchen and bathroom. He fitted the bathroom appliances and had his tiler tile the walls and floor. Angus also helped us level our kitchen floor at the last minute which allowed us to keep to our time frame. He really went above and beyond. Everything was done with real attention to detail and care. He also brought in excellent contacts — plumbers, electricians and architects — all of whom were professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.
We felt completely in safe hands throughout the renovation, and Angus had our full trust. If we ever need work done again, he'd be our first call — and we've already recommended him to many of our friends.

Angus completed a bespoke media wall for us with fireplace and arched alcoves. His communication was exemplary and he was always so helpful in the design process but also once building as well, asking so many questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

The workmanship is excellent and we love the space - everyone who visits always comments and we’re always recommending Angus to others.

We had our bathroom renovated. This was triggered by my husband having mobility problems after an accident, so we needed the bath to be replaced by a walk in shower, and since the bathroom was in need of modernising decided to have the whole job done. Angus came round and listened to our needs. He was friendly and polite and made helpful, thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. The job was done within the time frame he'd allowed and we are delighted with the quality of the fittings, the tiling and the flooring. He and his team left the house in a clean and tidy state when they'd finished. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Angus Brock was extremely helpful from the moment he appeared to cost up the job. Owing to the difficulty in having a boiler installed in my flat, he turned up during the boiler install to get the dimensions needed to box in the boiler flue in the living room.
He did such a neat and tidy job, I couldn’t be happier with the finished result!
We also altered some of the dimensions along the way as work progressed, which he was very happy to do and he was always on hand to answer queries.
