Here at Morningside Shower Services we have over 15 years experience of repairing all types of showers and a vast knowledge of shower spares. We are based in Edinburgh and our main clients include private customers and letting agents. We predominantly only cover the Edinburgh area however we can, if available, travel outside Edinburgh. We are fully insured, prompt and presentable. We can usually carry out a repair during one visit unless we have to order parts which we don’t have in stock.

My shower stopped working so I got in contact. Michael phoned me not long after I had sent the contact form and arranged to come round in an hour. He arrived, had the problem diagnosed and a new part fitted in less than half an hour. Cue two very happy customers. Polite, helpful, professional and friendly service. Plus a reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend Michael. There's a reason this company gets 5 star reviews and yes I'm a genuine customer and no I'd never met Michael before today.

Our shower was not working effectively and we were looking to replace it. I contacted Morningside Shower Services Ltd and spoke to Paul, who was in the area at the time. He said he would be happy to drop by to have a look at the old shower.
Paul examined the shower and within 5 (yes, 5!) minutes it was fixed and working properly.
I highly recommend Morningside Shower Services Ltd and would definitely use their services again.

What a FANTASTIC service I have received from Morningside Showers. From start to finish: contacted via webpage Friday evening giving details of the problem, received a response (almost immediately), with a time and date for someone to attend. Michael arrived Monday morning, polite, professional, respectful of my lack of expertise! Solved the problem (two showers misbehaving!), within 5 minutes! I thought I’d be looking at two new showers!!!! As if it couldn’t get any better, thy have just today, told me that the job was so small that they are not charging me! Absolutely incredible service.

I was contacted within half an hour of adding my details to the contact form. Chris fitted an appointment in really quickly and came out to check on a hot/cold issue with the shower. He was able to assure me that the shower was actually fine and that the power was just turned up too high!! He was very helpful and pleasant when explaining this as the fault was clearly mine and not the shower! Really great, rapid and friendly service and I would definitely recommend and use myself in the future

Water pressure of shower had weakened. The problem was very quickly identified and fixed. Unfortunately, it’s likely to be linked to a bigger problem with the water tank which was fully explained to me. Service was very quick, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend and would use Morningside Shower Services again in the future.

Shower had power, but no water. Trader attended, on time, traced to faulty solenoid. Replaced item and checked shower working.

Incredible service from Paul and Chris. I contacted them via email and as they happened to be in the area, they came round within half an hour, diagnosed the issue and delivered a fix (replacing a shower thermostat) without knowing in advance what was needed.
They were clear, straightforward and honest about options for what could be done. A huge step above other companies that had failed to respond to this issue over the course of a week. They've earned my respect and future business.

We have used Morningside Shower Services for a few years to repair our two electric showers (a different thing each time - faulty hose, solenoid, thermostat). Paul has got in contact quickly and come to do the repair quickly and turned up at the agreed time.

Our shower valve needed replacing and initially we thought we would have to replace the whole unit since it was an old shower. However Morningside Shower Services said they would be able to replace just the faulty valve. The work was carried quickly as promised and we are happy with the service provided.

My Grohe shower would not turn off so I had to turn my water off to stop it running. I'd phoned a couple of plumbers before Paul at Morningside was suggested to me. In the week before Christmas I knew that any decent plumber would be fully booked up. Paul was no different but when he heard that I really needed a working shower due to my wife's medical condition, he promised to do what he could for me.
He kept his promise and more. He sourced the required part within 12 hours and called me to arrange a visit within 24 hours of me first speaking to him. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes! The cost was much less than it could have been and the service Paul provided was exceptional. I would happily recommend Paul to any of my friends with a shower problem.

Our electric shower was cutting out. I was let down by a competitor so I texted Morningside Shower Services on Saturday, they replied on Sunday and the shower was fixed by 11.30am on Monday within the time they said they would arrive!

I can not rate the customer service of this company highly enough. I had a problem with my shower and they arrived within 20 mins of my calling. The shower was fixed and Paul was so professional and kind.

Phoned up late afternoon on Monday, they diagnosed the problem over the phone (solenoid valve replacement) and visited to fix my shower next day. Great service - Chris arrived on time, he quickly fixed the shower and left my bathroom exactly as he found it. Would I recommend these guys - Absolutely
