We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

I have had almost my whole house done with shutters, final room still to go and can't wait. They look amazing, transform and finish the room and delighted with the quality. Amazing service from start to finish. Dylan who came to measure was very knowledgable and efficient. Wilma from the office is a gem and so friendly and helpful. The fitters Aggie and Jamie are so professional, tidy and do a great job. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend using The Edinburgh Shutter Co.

From initial survey done by Craig, followed up with visit by Stevie to installation of shutters today- can’t say anything other than good things about the company and their shutters.
Reasonable price, great team and quality products. Stevie and Aggie arrived as arranged - shutters perfect, no mess left and love our shutters. Would definitely recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Company

This is the second time I have ordered shutters, from The Edinburgh Shutter Company my first was for my sitting room in 2019. I ordered 4 sets off shutters in February 2023, I was informed off “up to” 16 week delivery which set my expectations. They were fitted today, arrived first thing this morning and the attention to detail was brilliant and there was no mess left. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Shutter Co. Thank you so much I love them.

Everything went well from start to finish.The installation team did a marvelous job.The only mess was from the packaging and that was vacuumed up.We are delighted with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had perfect fit blinds fitted by aggie she done a fantastic job off fitting the blinds aggie was quick and efficient helpful and friendly I would recommend albany blinds from the time I ordered the blinds two the time they were fitted it was a fast and efficient service

Absolutely fantastic service I’m not one for review but had to with this. The company are beyond brilliant. The service is super from start to finish and believe me the quality of the shutter blinds are amazing. Even better than I expected. The guys only took 35 mins to do my 2 windows and sealed around the shutters unlike some other companies that don’t. The finish is beautiful I’m so chuffed with everything. It’s a bit of a wait but it’s so worth it getting a better quality of wood and the finish at a really good price I’m now wanting my other shutters in bedroom

after visiting a major department store where we could only get information if a salesman came to the house we went to the Edinburgh Shutter Company. We were greeted by Craig who wxplained about the shutters without us being pushed in any direction. He was informative and answered questions honestly. We came away feeling very confident with his expertise and manner and arranged a visit. all was exactly as specified, ie price, dates etc.
The fitting team were polite efficient and really nice. They removed all rubbish and hoovered once they had finished.
all in all a very easy, efficient and pleasant experience. Woudld definitely use them again.

The Edinburgh Shutter Company provided and fitted plantation shutters for a large sliding patio door in my kitchen. The end result is stunning. All parts of the process from advice, to surveying/measuring, ordering and fitting were simple and straightforward. All members of staff I came into contact with - receptionist, surveyor and fitters - were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their understanding of their product and of its impact were particularly valuable in choosing the right shutters. The lead-in time from ordering to fitting is quite long (10-12 weeks), but that was made clear at the beginning and there were no delays. Fitting was fast, efficient and professional - thanks to Aggie and Stevie for your great work. Plantation shutters are not a cheap option, but the Edinburgh Shutter Company offered good value for money and if/when I consider more shutters, I will certainly be going back. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.
