We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

Had shutters fitted in 2 rooms and could not fault the team( Stevie, Jay & Luke) they phoned to explain expected time of arrive and were spot on. introduced themselves on arrival, explained how long our shutters would take to be fitted - tidied up as they worked - even hoovered up at the end. Great team, pleasant, friendly and good professional workers- would definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation in using this company in the future

Professional service from start to finish. Fitter made contact the night before to tell me what time they’d arrive the following day. Arrived on time, all wearing company t-shirts, all introduced themselves and got to work straight away. Made me aware of any issues they encountered with the fittings , and suggested resolutions.
Provided dust sheets, took shoes off without me even asking, tidied up any mess they created.
A big thank you to Stevie, Jay and Aggie, fantastic work. 10/10.

Just had my shutters fitted today and I’m absolutely delighted with them and the whole process has been great from start to finish, firstly my details were taken by Wilma who arranged for a fitter to come and measure up and advise what we needed and give us advice on what was best for our windows so as we could order with confidence. The installation team of John and Andy arrived promptly as arranged and expertly installed our shutters and did a first class job and I would recommend this company to all.

We had bespoke wooden shutters made for our 1760’s house. Our windows were measured to ensure the shutters would follow the panes of our windows exactly. 12 weeks later (as advised) our shutters arrived and were fitted to perfection by John and Declan, two lovely guys who ensured we were completely satisfied with their work. Left our house spotless. Would highly recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Company.

Shutters fitted on all windows apart from patio doors which had aluminium blinds fitted. Aggie and Jamie arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very friendly and professional. Everything was cleared away before they left and all shutters and blinds checked to my satisfaction. Service given from start to finish was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Edinburgh Shutters. Thank you to all the team.
