We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We bought shutters and blinds from The Edinburgh Shutter Company when moving to our new build about three and a half years ago. We were delighted with the products, fitting and service. Just recently I noted the cords from one of blinds had come loose and several strings were hanging down. My concern was that it hadn't lasted very long. I rung the Edinburgh Shutter Company. Lynsey was more than helpful. I emailed her pictures of the problem and she arranged for Kevin from Albany Blinds to come out to my home and fix the problem. All done and dusted in very little time. Now that's what you call Customer Service!!!!

The company fitted the shutters within the timescales they advised when they estimated the work. Aggie and Jamie fitted the shutters and their workmanship and professionalism is first class.

Kevin started the process, measuring up. He guided us with his knowledge and experience of shutters, helping us to make the best choice regarding the look and privacy we wanted to achieve. He gave us great advice and we felt confident and reassured we’d found the right company for the job.
Stevie took over the installation. He is very experienced and knowledgeable too. It was a smooth process. We are delighted with the shutters. They change the look of our room!

Amazing service from start to finish. Dylan who came out to measure up was very knowledgable and talked us through all our various options, most of which we would never have thought of ourselves, whereas another major company who gave us a quote expected us to know exactly what we needed and wanted. Staff in the showroom are also very helpful and knowledgable. The shutters came much quicker than expected, even with Covid-19 going on, and the fitting was done swiftly. We are absolutely delighted with our shutters, which are excellent quality and look amazing. Would highly recommend.

Stevie and Gary were the tradesmen who fitted our shutters and they have done an amazing job. We have an older house and the windows were not even at all making their job more challenging. They worked to the highest standard making sure all the way through we were consulted and aware of what was happening. The shutters are fabulous and with Stevie and Gary's attention to detail they are now phenomenal.

Stevie and Gary took great care with the measuring up and the fitting was very quick and they tidied up all along the way. Very impressive.

Was recommended the Edinburgh Shutter company from many people and I'm so glad I went ahead and used them to fit my shutters for my living room. The shutters are beautiful and I'm very happy with them. Staff were very friendly and cleaned up very well after themselves, so there was nothing for me to do when they left. I'm now considering a shutter for my bedroom and will definitely be using the same company if I decide to get them. 5 stars!
