We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We have had shutter blinds fitted in our bay window in our living room
(Victorian house) and are beyond thrilled with them!
The whole experience from meeting with Wilma in the show room, to the estimate with Craig, and then the fitting with Aggie and partner was so professional and friendly. Excellent advice and the end product surpassed our already high expectations. We love the shutter blinds and enjoy our living room so much more now.
The day after having these shutter blinds fitted we went back to order shutter blinds for a bay window in an upstairs bedroom. Think that says it all.
We cannot recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Company too highly.

We moved into our house in Dunfermline at the end of January which had old brown venetian blinds throughout. Having seen plantation shutters in Australia in our son's house we were keen to have these installed throughout our house. This involved shutters on four sets of bay windows, several other windows and at the patio doors. We chose white shutters and were given helpful advice on the appropriate size of the louvres for our windows. We also got helpful advice on what would work best in front of the patio doors.
Two teams arrived on Friday 18th June getting finished by mid-afternoon. We are very pleased by the new shutters that give a clean bright look to the rooms. They have now been up for two weeks and we remain delighted by them.

Our whole house was fitted out with shutters. From the initial contact with Wilma in the showroom to the final product being fitted the service was exceptional!
Aggie and Jamie turned up on time, worked the whole day without a proper break. They were friendly, approachable and the service and quality of work from them was first class.

We have received a fantastic service from the Edinburgh Shutter Company. Starting with their ability to do appointments that suited us ( a Sunday morning!!)to recommending the shutters that suited our style and budget. Craig was very professional and put us at ease from the word go. The estimation on when the shutters would come was spot on and Stevie and Agniewska were brilliant during the installation and seemed genuinely happy in the job they were doing. So refreshing to see a lady turning up to do a job like this too! All in all I would really recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Company. Oh and the shutters are FAB !!

We had Craig and his team fit shutters throughout the house together with motorised blinds for two sets of French doors and a venetian blind in the kitchen. Really pleased with the work and the quality of the shutters and blinds installed as well as the whole process of ordering and keeping me informed (great job by Wilma!). Would highly recommend using the Edinburgh Shutter Company and checking out their options and styles.

I had bedroom window shutters fitted today. They are beautiful, they transform and enhance the room which now feels and looks bigger, airier and brighter.
Stevie and Jay were very polite and courteous and nothing was a bother, they even took down my old curtains and curtain pole and filled in the holes left by the pole.
Wilma at the office is also very friendly, informative and accommodating. I will definitely consider using The Edinburgh Shutter Company again and I would also recommend them. I’m thoroughly delighted.

Had shutters and black out blinds fitted in my children’s bedrooms and the service was excellent. The initial visit to get a quote was super and it was clear they knew what they were talking about. They were able to advise and gave great suggestions. Any phone calls with the company to arrange a time for installation were great, really friendly and accommodating. The tradesmen who then fitted the shutters were brilliant. Arrived nice and early and I was able to leave them to it for a few hours and then the job was done. Cleaned up everything behind them and took time to explain to me how everything worked. Fantastic service, would happily use them again!

We had wooden shutters installed in our children's bedrooms and were so pleased with them that we had further shutters installed in our other upstairs rooms. The process was very professionally handled from start to finish and while it was a significant investment the quality of the product is first class.
