We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We had shutters fitted in our house throughout the downstairs recently and I have to say I have been very impressed with The Edinburgh Shutter Company. From the initial consultation with Craig he was very personable, knowledgeable and explained what he felt were the best options for the various windows and the differences between the different product materials without trying to push for the higher cost shutters like other firms we used on previous houses have done. Ordering was a breeze and we were kept well updated on progress and delivery / fitting timelines by Wilma and Craig. Fitting was quick, very professional and fantastic job (again better than previous experiences with other firms) and the shutters look absolutely stunning. Very impressed and will be revisiting for further shutters upstairs and kitchen blind.

From the minute I walked into the shop wilma was there to greet me and was super helpful. We then made an appointment with Craig the owner and he was amazing. Very knowledgable, offered us great advice and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. We could tell he really understood exactly what we were after and was able to talk us through the ranges of shutters.
They took about 8 weeks to arrive and the morning of installation Craig and Stevie arrived at 9.30am and finished at 12.45. They were professional, polite and very clean. After they had installed the shutters in all of our rooms, I was then given an aftercare tutorial and a demonstration of how they all work and how to clean them etc.
I would like to thank Craig, Wilma and Stevie for their fabulous shutters and excellent customer service. They are expensive, however in my opinion absolutely worth it. We will never have to replace them, they are stylish and will have added value to our new flat.
We will highly recommend this company.

I had high quality shutters installed on three large arch windows. The “in person” customer service and knowledge I experienced from the initial interaction with the showroom staff (Wilma) to the first visit of the product demonstration and quotation expert (Kevin) to the high precision installation (Stevie & Jay) was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Shutter blinds for a large bay window. Aggie and Jamie arrived exactly as booked and in 3 hours we had beautifully fitted and gorgeous looking shutters. We are delighted with the complete service from Dylan’s measure and quote via excellent admin to the final fit. Highly recommended, we especially love the way the blinds are made to fit our windows exactly and look good from outside our home as well as inside. Thank you to the whole team.

Recently had shutters and blinds supplied and fitted by the Edinburgh Shutter Company. From start to finish we received an excellent service, from the initial measurement to final installation the communication was first class. The fitters, Rab, Jay and Stevie carried out a thoroughly professional job on the day and cleaned up after they had finished. The finished product looks much better than we had envisaged and we are delighted. A very competitive price and great product. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for shutters or blinds.

Stevie and Gary did an excellent job of installing our shutters and are both friendly too. The quality and finish is just as I expected. I would definitely recommend using them and believe my mum will be there next customer after seeing the quality of their job.

I moved into a refurbed Victorian apartment where all the original shutters had been removed. I opted for solid shutters in keeping with the age of the building. I am delighted with the result, the shutters look great and unlike the original will not need to be painted every 2-3years.
I cannot recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Co high enough. The service is excellent, Craig and the staff are brilliant and very skilled at what they do. The joiner Stevie is a true craftsman and takes pride in all that he does. Nothing is too much trouble, their aim is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and that is exactly what they achieved.
