We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We had an electric, remote controlled awning fitted in a patio area.
First class work carried out in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner.
All done to time and as per estimate (no nasty surprises) which, during difficulties all businesses have suffered during covid, was nothing short of miraculous!
I would certainly recommend this business and will undoubtably be using them again.

We can highly recommend this Company for excellent service, clean and tidy and very friendly. The lady on the phone from the office who kept us up to date was really nice and always cheery. A special shout out to the fitters Stevie and Jay who offered a first class service. We will definitely use again !

We approached the Edinburgh Shutter Company with the plans of our house as the shutter requirements were extremely complex. The plans were reviewed and our requirements were understood and they responded quickly with a favourable quote. The shutters arrived on schedule and the installation was carried out by their competent and professional installation team. This was a large project but the team maintained a clean, tidy and safe work area. We would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team.

I would highly recommend this company, even the girl on the other end of the phone was great at keeping me in the loop regards timescales for delivery and fitting dates , always happy to answer any questions.

We have just had window and door blinds fitted in our conservatory. The standard of workmanship was first class and the service provided by The Edinburgh Shutter Company was friendly, efficient and very professional.

Second time with this company, decided to come back and get shutters for the rest of the house. Very pleased with service from start to finish again. Craig took measurements and advised on what would suit our windows. Arrived on time and fitted by Stevie and Agniewska who were quick and very tidy. Love our new shutters and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Wooden window shutters were supplied by The Edinburgh Shutter Co. The quality of the shutters are very good and great value for the money I paid. Special thanks to the 2 fitters Aggie and Jamie who fitted the 4 shutters exceptionally well, they protected the surrounded working areas and cleaned up as they worked. I would not hesitate to employ this company and their employees again for future works

From our initial meeting with Diane in the shop to completion of supply and fitting of shutters and conservatory roof blinds, we had confidence in this company. Chris visited our home and discussed the purchases with us in detail, no hard sell. When it came to the two separate fittings and some innovative adjustments to our complicated roof blinds, the fitters Stevie, Gary and Agnieska were fantastic. They were punctual, worked hard, hardly taking breaks, which were offered and were good humoured and respectful to our property always. So rare nowadays that you feel you can leave people to get on with a job knowing the outcome will be just as you want it. We would not hesitate to recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Company to anyone and hope to do business with them again.

Hi, I had a quote from the Lovly Dylan for the shutters I always wanted. I decided to go ahead and now the shutters have been fitted from the Lovly Aggie and Jamie. What a great job they did and cleans up after and I couldn’t be mo happy with them. The Lovly lady on reception is Wilma and so easy to talk to if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Company and I will use in the future. thanks again, one very happy customer. Hazel.

Craig came out promptly to give an estimate for windows.We were also interested in one for a patio door.There was a technical issue with this so Stevie came out to do a survey and spent time talking over all the options.We ordered them and were told to expect them in October.They arrived into the showroom in October and were fitted within a few days.Stevie,Aggi and Henry the hoover arrived on time.The fitting was carried out efficiently and professionally .They left the room very clean and tidy.We are delighted with the shutters and would definitely recommend Edinburgh Shutter Company.
