Brilliant. Malcolm and his team turned up when they said they would. Communuication was excellent. It was a great job with our decorating and the space was left as tidy (if not tidier) then when they began. I'd highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work throughout from the thorough preparation to the final finish . The men arrived promptly each day and communicated progress , plans etc on a regular basis . They were always polite and were happy to help with heavy curtains , door fittings etc.

Used Malcolm Bell Decorators Ltd to decorate the hall and bathroom. Small flat but big job. There are eight doors off the hall, and I knew the bathroom door was going to be a problem as it had discoloured almost immediately after the last time it was decorated (not by Malcolm's team). The prep that they did was immense and when the work was completed both areas looked fabulous. I am thrilled with the work they have done and will definitely use this company again. In fact, I will be contacting them in the new year to decorate the living room and bedroom. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Highly recommended.

Malcolm and his team have just completed some excellent work for my 87-year-old mother. They are highly professional in terms of the quality of their work and the way they communicate. In particular, Malcolm went out of his way to keep me informed of how the project was going, which I much appreciated. His advice on aspects such as appropriate paint colour was spot on. I recently hired Malcolm Bell for a painting project, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and highly responsive. He took the time to understand my requirements, provided clear communication throughout, and completed the job to a very high standard.

We had an extensive amount of decorating done by Malcolm and his team in our home. Overall they did an excellent job. They took time to thoroughly prepare surfaces before decorating and left the house tidy at the end of each day. Malcolm checked in regularly with us and his team and was on hand to help with issues as they arose. Would definately use again.

Malcolm Bell took care of painting our living room and hallway for us, with the hallway including a stair and the upstairs landing. They were asked to paint all walls, and all skirting boards and door frames, as well as 4 doors upstairs. The hallway also needed completely stripped of old wallpaper and relining.

Malcolm was very informative and thorough when he came to offer us the quote, taking extensive measurements that reassured us that the quote would accurately reflect the scale of the job, as well as informing us about options for types of paint to use and similar details about how they would prepare the walls to ensure a clean finish.

We gave them sample of our chosen colours, and they managed to match them exactly, even though our samples were of a different make. The work took 11 days and was completed while we were away on holiday. Malcolm kept us updated throughout, and we were able to handle all questions that arose remotely.

The work was completed to a high standard, with immaculate attention to detail, and at a very reasonable price, considering the scale of the task. We would wholeheartedly recommend Malcolm Bell and would be happy to use them in the future.

Not the cheapest estimate but good value for money. Good to have around, takes a pride in his work and has excellent contacts with support tradesmen such as joiners/glaziers.

You'll find cheaper quotes but you won't get a better quality job. My living room cornice, ceiling, walls and fire surround have been painted perfectly. I am pain-in-the neck fussy so if I'm delighted it's saying something. I have no qualms about recommending Malcolm.

The service Malcolm provided was friendly and professional, with some good advice on products to use and colours. I am delighted with the end result and the hassle free service provided. I will certainly be using Malcolm in the future for decorating - long gone are the days of DIY!

Malcolm painted my hall (walls, ceilings and banister). The quality of the work was absolutely excellent. Old holes in the wall were filled in and these have completely disappeared leaving a great finish. Malcolm was also very reliable and professional, quickly responding to any queries. I would highly recommend this trader.

I am really happy with the work that Malcolm and his team have done in my living room and kitchen. Malcolm is easy to contact and is a great communicator who takes pride in his business and rightly so. Michael, who was assigned to my home, was always on time and quietly went about his work all day. He made a beautiful job.
While the works were quite expensive I would admit that it was definitely worth it and I am already planning on getting Malcolm and the team back later this year for my hallway.

This is the second job Malcolm and his team have done for me very recently and once again I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. Another excellent job done by the team from Malcolm Bell. We had a number of rooms decorated. I often think how hard is it to paint a wall, but when it is done by professionals such as Malcolm Bell it just looks a different class, than had I tried to do it myself. The job included painting ceilings, walls, woodwork, papering and addition of coving to several rooms. The job is excellent and definitely a standard I could never achieve. The team are all excellent to deal with and respectful of your home and what is important for you. Best of all they take care of your home and leave it as they found it. Highly recommend, whilst not the cheapest, I firmly believe that it is worth paying just a little bit more to know the outcome will be long lasting. I can't imagine we will need to redecorate for a very long time. Quality of products recommended and supplied were first class and plenty of options were made available to me. Very grateful for an excellent job.

I got part of the exterior of my house painted. I'm very happy with the quality of work which was done. The painter turned up when he said he would and was courteous at all times.

We had our walls and bedroom radiator painted (including panels), marble island re-sealed, backsplash re-tiled, radiator replaced and new valves placed. We had an excellent experience. Malcolm is easily contactable and well organized. All jobs were done to a high standard and we are thrilled with the end result. Also, every tradesman that came to our home was professional and kind. I couldn't rate more highly on quality of service and reliability. I have and will continue to recommend to our friends.
