Mark and the team at Lockstar are our go to locksmiths. We've needed a locksmith twice in the last month due to issues with both our front and back doors being unable to lock. Despite being fully booked mark was able to get to us both times in the same day and sort the problem. Reliable and affordable and highly recommend.

They were absolutely super. A visitor had turned the key in the front door lock the wrong way, leaving it deadlocked. I could not get out. They came round in 10 minutes and sorted it for free. Superb and I would definitely use them again.

Top quality, no-nonsense, friendly locksmith.
Supplied and fitted two locks. Went out of his way to discuss and source a slightly unusual option.

I really cannot overstate how helpful, thoughtful and professional Mark from Lockstar has been this weekend when sorting out problems with a broken lock on a communal front door for my uni student daughter. We highly recommend Mark at Lockstar. Our sitting room door handle broke, leaving us in danger of getting locked in to the front room of our flat. Mark came round and fixed the problem immediately; he then returned later to improve the catch on that door. Very helpful, reliable and pleasant.

My relative needed new locks on 2 of her external doors. I choose this company as they are members of the Master locksmiths Association which listed local traders. I enquired how we would book to have the work done to be told that they could come the following afternoon. I was told that I would be called the next day to be given a better idea of time. This worked out well. The job was completed promptly and without mess. New locks were demonstrated and we were able to request a number of additional keys to be cut on top of the three keys provided. We were happy with the cost of the service and were pleased with the process from beginning to end. I would happily recommend his company.

The lock on my door had been forced when I was out - the door had held, but I was worried and wanted to get it shored up. I called Lockstar and they sent someone round within a few hours to fix it. The person who came round was really helpful and knowledgeable. He fitted a new lock for me there and then and when I asked, talked me through further options for making repairs. The cost of the repair came to quite a bit less than I was expecting and the service was excellent. Would definitely use again and will recommend!

Mark came to check & change (if necessary) our front door lock. His communication was excellent beforehand & he explained everything clearly to me whilst checking the lock. He also checked & readjusted the second lock on the front door. His charges were very reasonable. Altogether an excellent job done.

Very highly recommend them. I had booked Mark to fit a Yale insurance rated lock to the door in my new flat and when he arrived he said I didn't actually need it and suggested a much cheaper option. As he'd been running late he changed my mortise lock for free, which he absolutely didn't need to do, I was delighted with him so honestly suggesting a cheaper option as it was. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends.

I detailed a specific lock that I wanted installed, and Mark gave me an accurate estimate via email. He was on time, very professional and patient, had his mask and wore it properly. Plus, he was lovely to chat with, skilled, and very time-efficient.

I needed 2 windows fixed and Mark was very helpful and responsive. He had to source the replacement piece that had been discontinued and that took a while, but he got the job done and also looked at one of my doors that wasn't closing properly.
