Replaced the lock on the communal front door of our tenement building and provided new keys for all the flats. Very happy with the service provided - turned up on time with keys ready cut to distribute to the neighbours. Very reasonable price. Would use again. Recommended.

Hired Lockstar to fit a new Yale lock to exterior door. Excellent service and very happy with the fitted lock. Price was extremely reasonable. Also good communication - was kept informed of arrival time on the day which was appreciated.

The front door was difficult to lock and impeding setting alarm system and a conservatory door lock was problematic.
Within hours of contacting lockstar, Mark had both locks fixed within about 15 minutes. We thought locks would have to be replaced but he advised that this wasn't necessary. He also checked frame of conservatory doors going beyond fixing the lock. There was no pressure to upgrade, etc. Nothing was rushed and costs were more than reasonable.
It was a delight to encounter a company with old-school professionalism and values.

Was let down by another locksmith and a few others said they couldn’t help get in to a small safe. Thankfully Lockstar could and he came out same day too. Despite the safe posing a real challenge and the job taking much longer than expected, we were only charged a minimum fee and he took the old safe away for disposal too. Very friendly and professional, and we’re really grateful for the work done. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mark sets the standard for professionalism. He fitted a new lock to our common stairwell door and from the start of the process impressed with his timeliness and thorough approach.
We're exceptionally happy with the results and Mark has also helped source components and another tradesman for repairs required to our speaker unit.

Door lock snapped at 7.00pm - no access to the house called and spoke to the owner Mark who attended at the promised time and fitted temp lock whilst new improved one was ordered. Mark kept me up to date with phone calls and fitted the new lock within days. Service was excellent and price very fair as well. Would have no concerns about recommending Lockstar Lock & Key Co. Excellent service.

Mark came out to change a lock on my cellar door as I had lost the key. But he let me know I didn't need a new lock. He managed to give me a key to fit it so he saved me money by not just doing unnecessary work. Lovely friendly guy. Arrived exactly when he said he would which is a plus as far as I'm concerned. I will Def use Mark again and also happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Mark came within the hour, to fix the lock on my front door. Replaced the parts really quickly, did an excellent job of tidying up the fitting (it was wonky before!). Obviously he takes pride in doing a great job! Price was reasonable too. I'd highly recommend this company.

For a problem with the lock on the door into the stairwell of a block of flats, Mark turned up at the appointment time, identified the work required and quoted the total cost. The following day he sourced the new part required and returned to make the repair as arranged. He then issued a proper invoice. Completely professional service from start to finish at a very reasonable price.
