Phoned for a quote about 4 weeks ago and a friendly guy arrived when they said he would. Got a very reasonable quote for replacing 4 large windows. I was pretty specific on when I needed them done due to other work being done in my flat and GR were able to meet the timescale
Guys arrived yesterday with the windows and promptly set about removing the old ones. I stayed in for an hour or so then left them too it. There were 3 of them and they were all lovely guys. Returned about an hour before they expected to finish checked everything was going ok and left them again to return just before they were tidying up to leave

I had two brand new sash and case windows replaced in my flat and one window refurbed. The work carried out by GR Services was excellent. Everything was done as planned, the finish is great and the guys were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend and will use again.

I had a double glazed window replaced. The service received was great - from the initial contact to providing an estimate of the cost and likely timescale through to completion of the work. The guys turned up when they said they would and were polite and personable. I’d definitely use GR Services again and have already recommended to friends.

We had 3 windows replaced. Initial appointment was professional, friendly and informative. Quote was reasonable and received promptly. Work was completed within half a day to a high standard. Would highly recommend!

I had a failed double glazed window unit replaced and the whole process was frankly exemplary. I was delighted with the product, the service & the price seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

I had 6 windows replaced in my flat.

The entire experience was terrible. The final product is terrible. Each time I open a window I regret using this company. The silicon is still dirty and the section between both windows still has residual leftover in it. The cracks are visible in the corners, overall it was a huge disappointment.

The company broke personal items, used my vacuum to clear up concrete, left the common stair in poor condition, left concrete in my carpet.... the list goes on.

I would not recommend this company.

Recently had doors and 5 windows done and received great service. The weather was pretty terrible one day but the team soldiered on to get the work complete! Had a couple of issues which were quickly resolved. I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GR windows to anyone. Very happy with the work and the team ????

Everything I required from ordering to fitting was done very professionally. I do have other work I will require to be done in future and I will definitely be using GR Windows again. I can’t recommend them more highly than that.

I had the wooden sash and case windows in my tenement flat refurbished by GR Windows. Throughout the process they seemed knowledgeable, provided helpful advice and were really efficient in communication. They did the work with a minimum of disruption and were very friendly and respectful of the flat. I was really pleased with the whole process and am very happy with the final result. I would use them again without hesitation.

Had windows fitted a few months ago and should have left a comment then but a terrible experience with a different contractor hightlighted how important good feedback is for the people who do a good job. Really nice people (when I saw them because I was working most of the time they were in)! They were so quiet and left so little mess that when the job was finished and I came home from work it took me a while to realise that I had sparkling new windows! Really efficent, cost effectice and communicated really well (although very little was required with everything going so smoothly!). I felt safe and at ease with having them into the property (I live alone) as the gentleman doing the quote was really nice and genuine.

Solved a problem with dormer windows front and back. Great attitude and evidently very skilled people.

The shower room window in my new flat was replaced with a double glazed opaque window. Since the design I chose was a bit unusual it took some effort to arrange.
The people at G-R were always helpful and I am delighted with the result.

We had our front door replaced with a new composite door fitted. Has made a huge difference to our home not only aesthetically but in terms of insulation and the overall temperature of hall/indoors as well as a huge reduction in noise (there is no draft/noise now at all). Really impressed with the product and very happy. GR employees were professional and friendly throughout process, very easy to deal with and quick communication. The guys that completed the job were effective and polite, did not take them long and took all rubbish away with them.
Very happy overall and would definitely use again.

I asked G. R. Windows to install a vent in my bathroom window. Upon arrival they asked me wither it should go in the top window or the bottom one. I said I was unsure and they advised me it was to go in the bottom one. I asked if this would mean we could still open the window and they said it wouldn't matter, the window could still be opened. They successfully installed the vent, and as soon as they tried to close the window the vent hit the top window pain and the glass cracked. The individual carrying out the work then stated the vent should have gone in the top window, and that they would replace the lower window and install the vent in the top window. A few days later I was contacted by G. R. Windows who told me they were going to replace the lower window with a pane of glass with a pre-cut hole for the vent. I again asked if this was the correct place for the vent, explaining what had happened and was told I was wrong and it didn't matter. It took a second, extremely heated phone call, before G. R. Windows admitted the vent was going in the wrong place but only because "That's what you told us to do." At no point did I state which window I wanted the vent in and asking G. R. Windows was clearly a mistake. They then wanted to charge me £100 to replace the lower window, as well as a further £100 to install the vent in the correct place. I am extremely angry with G. R. Windows and want nothing further to do with them.

We just had most of the windows in our house replaced and installed by GR window. It was quite a big job as there were quite a few windows to replace but the GR team have provided professional approach from start to finish - from all our emails and queries to the office ( Wes was very patient thank you !) to the actual window fitting. The final finish is great, the windows themselves look really nice and the house already feels less draughty. The team worked really hard, got the job done in good time, tidied up, took all the rubbish away and were all very cheerful. We had one ‘fleck’ in one of the windows , but a new one is already on order and will be fitted shortly. Great job. Thank you GR Windows we will definitely recommend you and use you again ...
