We contacted Graeme regarding a repair on our windows. He got back to us straight away & organised a time to visit that suited us. On both occasions that they came they were reliable & on time. When the guys came out they were very courteous, polite & knowledgeable. They did an excellent job & it was very reasonably priced. We would definitely use this service again & recommended it to others.

I have used GR Window & Doors twice now for supply and fit of windows to my home (16 in total). They were recommended to me by the trade.

On both occasions it has been straight forward, they have completed the work exactly as requested with no fuss and tidied up afterwards. The finish is very good and I would not hesitate recommending them.

GR Services installed a new door for us, replacing an old timber door that had seen better days. As well as being exceptional value, the team fitting the new door went over and above what was expected. In addition to being exceptionally tidy, whilst fitting the new door they took care of many gaps/joints/imperfections in the existing frames to leave the finish as tidy as possible. It's the small things that really make a difference and from start to finish Graeme and the team have been nothing short of first class. 100% recommend- you will not get better value or service anywhere else.

Great service, really happy with the speed that Graeme corresponds, much cheaper than what we were expecting for a front and back door with screen surround. On the day of fitting the boys arrived early, were happy to be left on their own and were so patient with my dad, who has dementia as he got ready to go out. All areas were cleaned and old doors and all other waste removed. I was phoned when the work was completed as well. Would definitely recommend especially if you are worried about relatives having to be in the home when workmen are around. I felt very relaxed and comfortable with the team that came to do the work.

This is an exceptional company. They are incredibly knowledgable, efficient, polite, customer service is 2nd to none, and their after care is excellent. No job is too small or too big. They have even corrected a faulty product that i had fitted by another company, with no hassle. I have now used them twice for a variety of different door and window jobs. I will be using them in the future!

Guys were nice. Seem professional/ Came on time, made suggestions etc with what we should go with.
After doors installed, the frames installed were not the right ones (but more expensive so that is a bonus to us apparently, ultimately not what we asked for - but fine because they looked good).

The doors were left in poor state (lots of badly damaged plaster work, holes, door was a bit wonky). This is ok as things can go wrong but it was left as a finished job, so had to chase on it otherwise we'd have been treated as finished.
Called and owners and they agreed it wasn't good enough. Several more visits, work is now "finished" but I'm left with painting to redo which I had specifically asked about (I was told it would be a "finished job"), and the seal had to be redone so looks bumpy/uneven.
I can't be bothered with another call at this stage so will have to fix myself.

All in all, I would have been happy with price for a hassle free job, but one day turnaround turned into 4 visits, and painting still to be done in my own time.
Expensive given the service provided and inconvenience caused. Appreciate some of it was out of the company's control, but ultimately as the customer I still don't have a finished job and wouldn't use the company again unless they were the cheapest available and I was willing to finish it up myself.

Overall, average service but with a 5* price tag.

Would highly recommend. New doors and windows fitted throughout. Windows and doors are high specification units. Cannot fault on service provided in any way ! If you are considering getting windows or doors I would strongly recommend Graeme and his Team. We got quotes from the usual suspects who advertise on TV and avoided like the plague due to their poor level of interest from their Sales Reps in relation to basic questions. I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to anyone else !

We have just had a new door. We were very happy with the company. Genuine guys, no hard sell, honest and reliable. Andy came and was knowledgeable about the different doors and their construction and suitability but left the decision to us. 2 guys arrived on time and were very polite. They took the time to do the job properly and explained what they were doing as they went along. They were very keen to make sure I was absolutely happy with everything. The final finish sealant and trims were made to measure. I think we got one of the cheaper doors and the quality of it is excellent so don't feel you have to go for the more expensive ones. They will give you good advice based on your needs and not try and sell you what you don't require.

We had a new front and back door fitted and were most impressed with this company. Graeme was very prompt at replying to my initial enquiry, and following up with a quote after the doors were measured up. Something that I found severely lacking in other tradesmen I had previously dealt with. The quote was very competitive and I found the whole team very helpful and would definitely recommend to other people.

There was a level of professionalism in all they did - from measuring the door, turning up to the minute to begin the work itself and being bang on as to how long the work would take.

The door was fitted perfectly and all residual work from removing the original door to doing an outstanding job in tidying up was undertaken.

I was very impressed with the quality of courtesy and knowledge of the work to be undertaken - the service was delivered by a company that truly believes in offering quality to the customer. Superb!

Our bedroom window had been jammed shut for months after having problems with the mechanism. We were worried it would need to be replaced altogether. After reading reviews we called g r windows to see if it could be repaired. They came out the following morning and fixed it there and then at a very reasonable price. The workman was friendly, helpful and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them should our windows need replaced in future.

I had a problem with a window that had been stick shut for a number of months. I emailed GR to come around, Graeme was very quick to respond and they arranged to come the following week at a time that suited me. Andy from GR arrived on time as arranged. I had great service from Andy who was professional, friendly and courteous, and who was able to fix the window there and then at their standard call out charge. His good work also saved me money as another quote I had for the window repair was far higher. Would definitely use GR again and recommend them to anyone, especially Andy. Cheers!

All the windows needed replacing in our four-storey common stair. GR Windows have done a great job. Communication with Graeme was first rate, from start to finish. The fitters were professional, courteous, cheerful and clean workers. They came on the appointed days and stayed on the job until it was done. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The service is excellent.
