Edinburgh Heating provides a full range of services to central heating and hot water systems throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We are Gas Safe registered, and have been well reviewed for our quality of work both on Trusted Trader and other sites.
We are Advanced installers for Vaillant boilers, one of the best on the market. German engineering and proven reliability.
We are also Platinum Installers for the Intergas brand of boilers from Holland where they are the market leader and for good reason too. We believe their boilers represents a significant step forward in design, with less moving components inside they are more reliable, more efficient and more cost efficient than traditional boilers.
We are also accredited to install the Nest learning thermostat as one of their pro installers. The Nest thermostat learns your routines and ideal temperatures and then quietly goes about it's business of keeping your home at the perfect temperature while saving you money.

Iain did a fabulous job. He installed evohome for me and TBH its the sort of old fashioned customer service and quality tradesmanship that is sadly lacking with a lot of firms these days. Recommend Iain ? My next door neighbour has already expressed an interest and Edinburgh Heating will be getting a call. First Class.

Upgrade of EvoHome Controller. Rebinding 16 wireless thermostatic valves. A mix of HR80s and HR90s. Getting App working and setting up new WiFi network. A complicated setup that needed expertise in the system and beyond my gas boiler servicing company. I’m glad to have found Edinburgh Heating in case of any problems with the system.

Having used Edinburgh Heating once again to carry out our annual boiler service, a small problem was identified which required a new auto air vent to be fitted to prevent leaks. This work was carried out by Iain a couple of weeks after the service, and as usual, performed in an efficient and professional manner. We will continue to use Edinburgh Heating for all servicing and maintenance tasks.

We have a two storey flat in an old Victorian tenement block with building quirks including split levels, traditional flooring and an indoor cat. Iain and his friendly and efficient team worked extremely hard and did an amazing job installing a whole new central heating system across two storeys, and dealt really well with all the challenges which our flat presented. They were friendly, thorough, tidy and very professional. We are extremely pleased and look forward to our first winter in a warm flat!

Iain came out to complete my boiler's first annual service and a gas safety certificate. He was quickly able to identify that there was a better way to connect my Nest thermostat to the boiler and was also able to configure my Intergas boiler to be more efficient at the same time. I'm very happy with the service provided and will use Edinburgh Heating again in the future.

As with Iain, Shaun carried out the task in a friendly, professional and informative manner. As in previous years, the communication was excellent, and you are always kept fully up to date regarding time of arrival. Once again, Edinburgh Heating could not be faulted.

Edinburgh Heating have gone out of their way to look after my Vaillant boiler in the past year. The boiler has had an annual service, and the central heating system a power flush. One of the radiators developed a leak a few weeks ago, but this has now been fixed.
