Edinburgh Heating provides a full range of services to central heating and hot water systems throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We are Gas Safe registered, and have been well reviewed for our quality of work both on Trusted Trader and other sites.
We are Advanced installers for Vaillant boilers, one of the best on the market. German engineering and proven reliability.
We are also Platinum Installers for the Intergas brand of boilers from Holland where they are the market leader and for good reason too. We believe their boilers represents a significant step forward in design, with less moving components inside they are more reliable, more efficient and more cost efficient than traditional boilers.
We are also accredited to install the Nest learning thermostat as one of their pro installers. The Nest thermostat learns your routines and ideal temperatures and then quietly goes about it's business of keeping your home at the perfect temperature while saving you money.

Had a boiler installed to upgrade from a very old one. The booking process was easy and Iain and the team gave me all the information prior to the installation. I was impressed with the level of communication from the start. On the days the work was carried out Cain kept me updated on time of arrival and they were very friendly and efficient. My new boiler is running perfectly, just in time for the weather changing! I highly recommend Edinburgh Heating and will continue to use them in the future.

Iain was prompt to respond to our enquiry about replacing our old boiler. He helped us investigate getting a heat pump but, when this turned out not to be suitable for us, was quick to organise a quotation for a new gas boiler. The engineers were great. They worked neatly and were very considerate to keep disruption to a minimum.

On this occasion we just had an annual service and all's well. Over the course of many years, several jobs from minor repairs to major repairs to full replacement, including when we've moved house, Edinburgh Heating have been a trusted, competent, reliable and reasonably priced company, personable service, great communication and a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant service from Iain and his team. Saved the day after another company left me without heat and hot water following an annual service. Organised and fitted a new boiler for me within a few days of the problem arising.
Extremely helpful throughout and special mention for Cain, the fitter, who was 1st class from start to finish.

Have used this company regularly over the years for servicing & repairs to my heating system, most lately this month (August) and would recommend to anyone looking for similar.
They kept me informed as to when they would arrive and the work was completed entirely to my satisfaction. Cost was reasonable and I will certainly use them again in the future.

I was very happy with the boiler service provided by Edinburgh Heating. Iain arrived on time, was very helpful and friendly, and patiently answered all my questions, however silly they were! He stayed longer than he was strictly supposed to stay to give me additional advice which was most helpful. I would definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Another regular boiler service, another efficient visit by Iain, same great service. Even though Iain’s day had not gone as smoothly as it might have, he didn’t cancel the appointment and arrived early evening to carry out the service. He even had time for a quick chat about his emerging expertise in heat loss surveys and heat pumps. Highly recommended.
