Edinburgh Heating provides a full range of services to central heating and hot water systems throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We are Gas Safe registered, and have been well reviewed for our quality of work both on Trusted Trader and other sites.
We are Advanced installers for Vaillant boilers, one of the best on the market. German engineering and proven reliability.
We are also Platinum Installers for the Intergas brand of boilers from Holland where they are the market leader and for good reason too. We believe their boilers represents a significant step forward in design, with less moving components inside they are more reliable, more efficient and more cost efficient than traditional boilers.
We are also accredited to install the Nest learning thermostat as one of their pro installers. The Nest thermostat learns your routines and ideal temperatures and then quietly goes about it's business of keeping your home at the perfect temperature while saving you money.

Cain from Edinburgh Heating performed a boiler service for me on 14/03/24. He arrived on time, was thorough and the work completed to a high standard. Cain was friendly, professional and communicated well throughout. He highlighted a couple of issues that may need to be addressed in the near future which allows me plan maintenance rather than have the heating system fail. Very happy with service. I can recommend to others.

We had a fault light on our boiler and no hot water, they came out and diagnosed the problem as a sensor not working which we had them replace. Since then we noticed a small leak on our boiler a week or so later, the guys came back no problem at no further cost, replaced some washers for us and came a further time to check it whilst the washers were settling in causing the tiniest bit of weeping still. The second fault had no obvious relation to the original work done on the sensor but they were more than happy to help and sorted it out. I would use them again with no reservation and would trust them to come back until the job is right without running up huge bills.

Lewis came out at relatively short notice for a boiler service and installation of smart thermostats. He was communicative and professional, did the work we asked for and fixed an extra boiler issue found during the service. Will definitely use again for any future issues.

Replacement of a motorised valve after it had failed over a weekend on an existing central heating system. This was carried out at very short notice on the Monday evening by Iain himself.

Fitted original boiler to my elderly mum’s house and have provided the maintenance ever since. Also suggested/advised company to install gas fire. Most helpful and provided a professional service from install of boiler and a simple control system along with the relevant maintenance.
