As well as supplying a new laptop at a very competitive price, Andy also transferred over all of my data from my old PC, as well as dealing with my follow up questions. I have asked Easy-pc for hekotwith a number of issues with my oc following my purchase and found the service to be outstanding. The owner is very helpful, assesses the problem very quickly and provides immediate solutions sometimes without requiring any payment.

Always a great service at very reasonable cost. The knowledge and application of said knowledge is very very good. I would not hesitate in using this company again (they actually made my machine in the first place and have looked after it ever since) and it has never let me down.

Not being the most technical person, I contacted Andy to transfer all the info on my old laptop to a new one. Andy explained what he would do and the timescale was excellent, i.e. one day.
True to his word, I was contacted the following day and everything has been done that I asked for.
Absolutely brilliant service.
The price for his service was very acceptable.
I have now saved Andy's number to my contacts and I will definitely use Easy PC again.

I have used Easy PC twice now. The first time when I spilt coffee on my laptop and the second when it stopped working for no reason and was making an awful noise. Each time they replied to my emails quickly and were able to carry out a repair within days at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Apart from being extremely quick in fixing my misbehaving laptop, I was delighted to find that a 'health check' had been run (unasked for) and a potential threat had been identified. Without a doubt the fastest service and best value for money I have ever experienced. Well done. Keep it up!
