I haven't used a PC repair service before. I called Andy ( passed the shop when closed and took down the phone number) Andy couldn't have been more friendly and helpful . He discussed some of the potential issues I may have but advised he was likely to have the solutions I took my laptop over the same day I spoke with him and he had it wiped and in perfect working order a few hours later . Delighted with the service and I will defiantly recommend . Thank you Andy

Had problems with space on my laptop and happenend to pass this shop not having been aware of its existence previously.Having discussed he problem the conclusion arrived at was to purchase a new laptop. I must add that no pressure was put upon me to buy.Definitely pleased with the service all round.

Absolutely top-notch service. No attempts to blind with science, just a practical solution with a realistic expectation of success (and it was successful).

Andy has been our go-to for sorting out many challenges and issues with my technology since he started his business at least 14 years ago. He has, without exception, always been professional, customer focused and approachable and absolutely reliable. Work required is attended to promptly and efficiently with the issues clearly explained. Andy has never let us down and is always value for money. Aftercare has always been fantastic. Great to have someone so local who is also consistently trustworthy and reliable.

One day my desktop computer suddenly started going through its start-up sequence over and over again without actually starting., while issuing a warning about the dangerous condition of a hard drive. I called Easy PC, Haddington, desperate because the machine is essential for daily business use. They took it in for repair the same day, diagnosed the problem that afternoon, repaired it next morning and called to say it was ready for collection in the afternoon, a frankly astonishing display of speed and efficiency. The cost was a fraction of what I expected. First-class service. Look no further if you have computer problems.

Our old PC had packed in and Alan at Easy PC helped us buy a new laptop. We are not very technical but Alan explained everything in simple terms. He also helped us with security which is working out to be much cheaper than what we used on our PC and transferred over our data to the new laptop free of charge. This was all done on the same day we initially went into the shop. We would definitely recommend Easy PC.

Our printer wasn't connecting to our laptop. EasyPC found a solution and had the devices returned to us in working order within a few hours. They followed up to check that we were still happy with the work carried out. Given our experience, we are happy to recommend EasyPC.

Whilst Andy was building my bespoke PC, my laptop had a problem. I took it to Easy PC and it was fixed overnight. No charge as I had paid a lot for the PC under construction. Real customer care.

My small desk top running real slow due to faulty cooler, great troubleshooting and repair with all my data saved. Machine now running like it did when I first got it 4 years ago
