Martin is very friendly to deal with, straightforward about options and no big sales pitch. We had windows replaced in two rooms. Martin and his son came and dealt with them efficiently and quickly. They also tidied up! They have made a fantastic difference to our living room, we no longer have a gale blowing through every time it's windy. They look great and are excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his firm.

Martin Pollard fitted ten new windows for us. From first contact to the final finishing touches he was highly professional and very caring about the job. We are new to the area and were recommended to MP Windows. This proved to be an excellent recommendation. Martin (from MP Windows) was punctual on all visits, gave good advice and a competitive quote. He kept in touch throughout the Covid-19 crisis and as soon as was possible arranged for the installation of the rear door and patio doors to take place. He completed the work in a day, with the excellent assistance of Rab, leaving the area clean and tidy. They both observed all precautions in respect of Covid=19. I’ve used MP twice now and most recently had 3 new PVC windows and a front door fitted. The majority of the work was completed in one day and the place was left spotless. Excellent service and would use again in the future.

Supply and fit 4 off tilt and turn windows. Excellent service at a very fair price. Using a local company where the installer (rather than a sales person) viewed and priced the works lead to a smooth and efficient installation - which is something i have found lacking in the past when I have used large nationwide companies.

Martin supplied and fitted 10 new windows, a front door, side door and 2 automated garage doors. He worked with Rab to install the new units and provided a professional service. The quality of the joinery is excellent as is the quality of the units they supplied. Both Martin and Rab are experienced tradesmen who arrived when they said they would, did a great job and left our house clean and tidy at the end of each day’s installation. We have further modernisation work to complete and we will not hesitate to use Martin again.

We had a new back door and 3 windows replaced. Quote was reasonable and similar to other places. Martin provides excellent service from the start. He was quick to reply to enquiries and to provide quotes. The work done was excellent, the windows and doors seem to be of good quality. They fitted them all with no issues and tidied up after.
No problems recommending them to others and would use again easily.

Replacement windows in flat.Martin gave sound advice,dealt with all enquiries efficiently and carried out all work in a professional manner removing the old windows and making the rooms tidy using their own hoover.

We had all our old windows replaced - 11 in total. All the wood surrounds were replaced in oak which many other firms were not willing to do or quoting huge premiums over the standard price for. Martin was recommended by a colleague, his price was competitive and his willingness to supply the oak made us choose them.

We had also been told that the original windows boxes would need replaced but Martin said it was unlikely and they would look at them properly when the old windows were removed, replacing them only if required. Turned out to be nothing wrong with them so they were left in place.

We had one small issue but as soon as it was brought to Martin's attention he sent Rab (the joiner) round to fix. We are delighted with the work done by Martin and Rab - especially given the challenge of fitting oak surrounds. We have already recommended MP windows and will be happily do so again.

We had an excellent service from Martin from initial enquiry through to completion of the work of quite a large job of windows and doors replacement. All emails were answered the same day, the estimate was very detailed. Martin and joiner Rab, were friendly, helpful and arrived on time/as stated. The area was left tidy and clean at the end of each day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and indeed intend to use them next year for a conservatory repair/refurbish.

I’ve previously had work done by Martin on two other occasions when he did a fantastic job fitting 2 new external doors & 6 external windows. On both occasions I’ve left him a really positive 5* review.
However, on this occasion I’ve felt let down by the service provided.
Hence this negative review.
Ive found Martins communication on this occasion to be far from professional.
I contacted him 6 weeks ago in regards to replacing the locks on both external doors and as yet the issue remains unfixed.
Martin was meant to do the job 3 weeks ago but didn’t show and I’ve heard nothing since. It’s disappointing to say the least.

MP windows supplied a full set of double glazed windows to our property. I compared other quotations and reviews before contracting MP, however, they were prompt with their quotation and returned all calls throughout the process.

They did what they said they would do and when, which I feel is important, many traders I have come across are not very prompt or do not turn up at all, however, Martin and his team were outstanding. Their product is also of excellent quality.

This is the second time I have used MP Windows because my first experience was first class. The second experience was as good as the first - the ease of organising time for quotation; we were shown the replacement windows before they were installed; the installation was speedy and efficient.

Replace existing double glazed windows for new ones on the upstairs of the property to match downstairs: Very satisfied with the work done.  Clean, tidy and fantastic workmanship.  Reliable, on time and didn't leave until the job was complete.

Replacing 5 windows: Martin and his colleague did a very satisfactory job and cleaned up after the job was completed.  No complaints at all.

Martin removed my two external doors (front and back).  Martin installed my two new external doors (front and back).  Martin took away all debris and mess.  Martin left my property as he found it: Martin did an absolutely fantastic job on our doors.  They look stylish and are very secure.  From the free quotation process through to the job completion, Martin has provided us with first class communication, reliability, professionalism and outstanding workmanship.  We will be using him again and recommending him to others.

Full replacement of 6 windows plus door in our ex local authority 2nd floor flat in Musselburgh.  This included full removal of the old windows (including old sash cases) and removal of the old door and frame.  All old windows and doors were removed and disposed of by MP Windows: We are delighted with the end result.  Job was completed within the timescale estimated.  Service was second to none and Martin kept us informed of progress.  Neighbours have also commented about how good the windows look from the outside and have asked who installed the windows.  I would have no hesitation in recommending MP Windows.

Replaced three windows: No comment given on form but customer gave 10/10 scores for each question.

Windows sealed and new skylight: This trader could have said I needed new windows but said they just needed re-sealed.  I ask the trader to do the job at a time that suited me so he could work with the roofer so all the work was done at the same time.  Fab job.  Windows are fab now and skylight now lets in so much light, as he said it would.
