We called Colin to look at a leaking roof above a lower bay window, a leaky gutter joint and to clean the gutters for ourselves and our neighbours. We were also concerned that some rendering was cracked on our side wall but Colin was able to reassure us that this was fine. After providing us with a very reasonable estimate the work was carried quickly. The firm came exactly when the said they would and we are very pleased with the result. We cannot fault the service and they were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We contracted L&E Roofing to refurbish the games hall roof at our campsite near North Berwick. This included replacing timber, re-felting, new facia boards and gutters. They did an excellent job, completing the work to a tight deadline and a high standard. They were a good company to work with, replying quickly to any communication and always looking for the best solution for us as their customer. The new roof looks great and it made a big difference to have a dry games hall ready for our Easter camps. We would definitely recommend L&E Roofing to others.

Colin was working on a neighbours roof when I approached him for advice regarding my leaky guttering. He was extremely helpful and fixed out the problem right away.

Needed the felt on two areas of flat roof replaced. Colin was quick to come and give a quote and responded pretty well immediately to emails or texts. Marianne was also very friendly and efficient on the phone.
I had to wait a few months, but that was expected as my roof was not actually leaking and their other jobs had been postponed because of shocking weather.
After discussion I opted for two layers of felt on the larger area and rubber on the smaller area. (This involved stripping off the felt, a layer of hardboard and a layer of felt)
The two Ds (Dylan and Derek ) worked hard in adverse, windy weather, communicated well with me as to their progress and showed me photos. Very polite with a good soh and a pleasure to deal with.
Colin also sent photos at the end of each day.
On completion on day 3 Colin removed all the debris.

From start to finish the team were professional, punctual and very respectful. All the work that needed carried out was explained thoroughly. Colin and Maryann (Business owners) kept me fully upto date througout the repairs.

I found Colin to be friendly, considerate and dependable. He and his employee, Derek, carried out maintenance work on the chimney, roof and rones. I was concerned that items in the attic were damp due to condensation so Colin installed 3 roof vent tiles on both sides of the roof to circulate air in the loft space. He was keen that I should be satisfied with all the work carried out, which I was, and even sent photos to my phone of work not visible from the ground. Very happy to recommend.

External fascia boards and gutter work. Colin's advice very helpful, kept us informed all way through, friendly staff, area left clean and tidy when finished. I would highly recommend his company, and would have no hesitation in contacting him again.

Gutter repair good response time first class repair would use again

Roof was covered with lumps of unsightly moss. Colin arrived on time as arranged and advised on best approach to provide us with the outcome we wanted - a non power-washer clean. Estimate provided in a timely manner, date agreed for the work to be done. The guys arrived and started the work on what was the hottest day of the year! Super efficient and hard working. Job completed and the all mess cleaned up. Very happy with the end result. Colin recommended a copper strip be fitted along the top of the roof ridge to stop moss growing- time will tell if this works. All in all professionally handled, no complaints and would recommend.

My gutters were overflowing badly and needed urgent attention. Colin was very prompt answering my queries and attended to the job on the same day. The job was slightly trickier than expected but it was all sorted very competently. Highly recommend.
