Colin checked the roof and gave useful advice on general maintenance questions. He and his team arrived promptly, the gutters were cleaned. Paintwork was renewed on shower room fascia and on large downpipes where access was difficult but they managed this with ladder access.

Future proofing our property and contacted L&E Roofing asking them to come and give us an inspection and estimate of renovation work to an existing flat roof above our garage, plus renewal of guttering around the house. Whole experience from start to finish was pain free with Maryann on the phone, organising date of inspection, work dates etc. Colin on site within two days of initial contact offering clear and honest advice on what did and didn't need doing. Estimate arrived the next day and within three weeks Colin and his Team were on site. The Team consisting of Dylan, Dale & Ryan were brilliant, got on with the job, we're respectful of the property, polite and kept the place tidy whilst working. At the end of the job all waste taken away and left how it was when they arrived. So thanks very much all at L&E Roofing for a great job done👍

Colin and his team provided a very efficient and professional service and were thankfully able to accommodate us at short notice due to other work being done on our house necessitating we get a roofer in quickly to sort out our roof vents. I had excellent comms with Colin to get to the bottom of exactly what would be required / needed. His team turned up promptly on the day and were friendly, polite and efficient. Very neat work. An excellent job all round. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Repair to the ridge tiles. Then repair of displaced and broken slates. Repair of leaking guttering and painting of all valleys.
The work was done efficiently and well and men came when they said. The work was reasonably priced and I have already recommended them to others .

He estimated and explained exactly what needed done and the work carried out by his team was completed promptly, to a high standard and satisfactory.

Colin and the team replaced the flat roof on part of our basement flat, which was showing some leakage, with minimal fuss and real expertise. The work was carried out speedily and to a very high standard. We had no clearing up to do afterwards and they (Dillon & Dale) didn't even accept a cup of tea! The whole thing was trouble-free.

Colin recently repaired some storm damage to the fascia boards of our home extension. This was the third time we've used Colin for roofing work/repairs in the past couple of years. The work quality is always excellent, fairly priced and Colin's communication before and after this repair was great, as always.
I can't recommend L & E roofing highly enough and I would always contact them first for any roofing work I required. The level of customer care and quality of work from Colin and his workforce is exceptional.
