I recently used this company to carry out a roof report as I’m in the process of buying a new home. There was something mentioned in the Home Report about the roof that I didn’t fully understand, and rather than just guessing or worrying about it, I decided to get a professional opinion.

From the first contact, they were really friendly, helpful and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could actually understand, which gave me much more peace of mind about the property I’m looking to buy.

The report was clear and easy to follow. Buying a home can be stressful enough, so having someone take the time to explain things properly made a big difference.

I’m really glad I chose to use them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof inspection or report. Great service from start to finish!

We used L&E Roofing to replace all our gutters and downpipes as well as sanding back the soffits and fascia’s and painting them in a new colour to match the new windows and doors that we had had installed. On day one Dylan realised the paint consistency wasn’t correct for the woodwork, checked if it was what we were expecting, then contacted Maryann who resolved the issue and arranged for the new paint to be available for the following morning.

The initial contact was with Maryann who was very helpful and always responded quickly to questions. Dylan and Ryan were punctual, pleasant and worked quickly, efficiently and tidied up after they had finished each day. Colin attended regularly to check on progress and quickly resolved the issue of missing joints from the order for the pipe work. The work was completed to our satisfaction and we are really pleased with the outcome. We would thoroughly recommend L&E Roofing services to others.

Overall, a very postive experience. Had a leak coming through living room ceiling, which urgently needed sorting. Great that Colin was able to come to the property the same day I phoned the office. To address problem, Colin and team reharled chimney stack, which I was shown was cracked and hollow, and replaced damaged surrounding tiles. All work was completed with great care in a short space of time. Pleased to report no further leaks even after recent torrential downpours! Clear and helpful communication throughout, including from Maryann in the office.

Colin and his team did a great job replacing two of my gutters, re-sanding and repainting the boards behind and installing a water butt. The works were undertaken within only a short space of time from my initial request and Colin's communications were excellent to ensure that all aspects would be in keeping with my wishes. He gave me sound advice regarding ongoing maintenance of my roof which reassured me that he was not going to recommend any superfluous works. The works were completed very well and I was really pleased with the outcome. I would thoroughly recommend his services to others.

Colin and his team came to replace leaking guttering and a blocked downpipe. I was very impressed with Colin's responsiveness and the work was done very speedily and efficiently. The site was left all clean and tidy - so all in all, a great job. Would recommend.

We needed roof checked and slates replaced with degree of urgency after strong winds. I contacted L&E because of excellent previous experience. This time was similar - Maryann organised all administration and Colin organised and delivered his usual reliable, well timed, high quality service in all aspects with excellent communication throughout.

We have use L&E Roofing for many years, Having re-slated part of the roof in February and done a great job, we used L&E to paint the front of our house. As always, Colin and his workers were punctual, pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. As always, we are satisfied with the work they did.

Colin checked the roof and gave useful advice on general maintenance questions. He and his team arrived promptly, the gutters were cleaned. Paintwork was renewed on shower room fascia and on large downpipes where access was difficult but they managed this with ladder access.

Future proofing our property and contacted L&E Roofing asking them to come and give us an inspection and estimate of renovation work to an existing flat roof above our garage, plus renewal of guttering around the house. Whole experience from start to finish was pain free with Maryann on the phone, organising date of inspection, work dates etc. Colin on site within two days of initial contact offering clear and honest advice on what did and didn't need doing. Estimate arrived the next day and within three weeks Colin and his Team were on site. The Team consisting of Dylan, Dale & Ryan were brilliant, got on with the job, we're respectful of the property, polite and kept the place tidy whilst working. At the end of the job all waste taken away and left how it was when they arrived. So thanks very much all at L&E Roofing for a great job done👍
