Cannot fault Colin and his team.
My Mother had multiple issues with her roof, and had tried another Company on several occasions, without success. Colin was recommended to us and he reluctantly took on the corrective work which resulted in a completely new roof having to be installed to ensure that it was fit for purpose. Having tried in vain to rectify the existing roof, Colin took into account this failed remedial work when quoting for the larger job. Derek, Dylan and the team carried out the works during a period of mixed weather and I was sent photos of the work as it was completed - excellent Communication and meant I didn’t have to be present throughout the works. Thanks also to Maryann who was very efficient and helpful any time we had to contact the office.
Would definitely recommend and use again should the occasion arise.

Re-pointing gable end mortar verge. Very pleased with the service received from L&E. Colin was very quick to respond to messages and was prompt in visiting to give a quote after first contact. Turned up as agreed and was efficient, polite and professional and tidied up afterwards. Would certainly use again for roofing work in the future.

We engaged L&E Roofing to rectify work that had been carried out by another company that wasn't functioning. From the first contact with Maryann to the completion of the job, our experience was like night and day compared to the previous contractors. Colin gave us a very fair and honest assessment of this prior work and how to fix the issue. Derek and Dylan who carried out the work were brilliant; prompt, polite, tidy etc. They were here when they said they would be, a trait which is sadly very rare it seems. Throughout the job we received visual updates, which was good to see progress but also for peace of mind, knowing that this job was ding properly. I would highly recommend L&E, many thanks.

We had a tile that had slipped causing a leak and our gutters needed cleared. Colin came out the same day to take a look at the problem and came back the very next day to fix it due to the weather forecast being for rain. This was a few weeks ago and was waiting for heavy rain before leaving an honest review. Problem appears to be sorted as it has been raining all afternoon and we do not have any signs of the leak.
Was very happy with the communication and service, particularly the speed, and would definitely recommend.

Needed a broken tile replaced on Garage roof, was given a quote and time for the work to be completed. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They replaced another tile that was also broken and didn’t alter the original quote provided. I would recommend them without reservation and found them helpful, pleasant and professional. Colin and his team firstly did interim work before Christmas to try to protect me after botched work before.
The main work started end of February/ beginning of March but we were then mightily inconvenienced by the weather. But through all that time I felt supported by Colin and his men. Derek needs a particular call out as he braved wind and rain to keep me safe . Even when no work could be done someone came to check on things.
It was a complicated roof but with perseverance it is all done .
As yet. ( 8 th May ) I have had no rain to test the whole roof but I am confident that it is now totally waterproof. And in the absolute off chance it isn’t then Colin will sort it

Cannot fault Colin and his team. We had a roof leak that required replacement tiles, felt etc. We were sent photos of the work undertaken once completed, which was reassuring. Communication, service and end result were all excellent. Very tidy work and left no mess - bonus! Would definitely recommend and use again should the occasion arise.

The job was a small one, to replace a tile and check the roof for any other defects. In contrast to other companies I tried to contact I received a phone call within 48 hours, the work was arranged to suit my timetable and carried out in timely and professional manner.

After being let down by various companies to replace slipped roofing tiles I contacted L&E roofing. Colin responded promptly and explained what work would be required. Colin kept us informed by visiting daily and the work was carried out to a high standard by the 2 roofers who were friendly,polite and worked diligently. Cleaning up when the job was completed . I would highly recommend this company for their high standard of work and competitive price and I would not hesitate to use them again should I need further work carried out.

Storm damage to roof tiles and cement work. Replied to call within couple of days baring in mind after storms lots of damage to roofs. Maryann got Colin out in a few days,price quoted which was good. Work carried out within a week. A work now completed a great job done. I would certainly recommend the company

We are returning customers, to this company, which says a lot. The work done this time in January 2024 was a roof repair around a chimney stack (we had a leak) and we also had interlocking verges added to the gable end of the house.

My elderly mother returned home to a leak in her roof after Christmas. I contacted Colin at L & E Roofing. He was quick to respond, came and had a look, showed me photos of what the problem was, and gave me a quote, which I accepted. The work was carried out timeously and professionally.
